As for the hotel experience, we extend our sincere apologies. That 4-star hotel was the only available option for that kind of last-minute booking, and it was high season. It was also the only room available. Now, we are aware of the specifics of this hotel. We are terribly sorry and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
