We understand that there were problems with this hotel in March and have pledged never to use it again. We chose it because of its prime location, and it was a new hotel, but we understand that it did not live up to the expectations of both us and our guests. Just to clarify, the other group were not placed into a 5* hotel at the beginning. The 5* hotel stays, such as in Kanazawa, were also provided to your group. We would like to sincerely apologise for our communication during the cherry blossom season. We needed to investigate what was happening, but we ought to have been in more consistent in communicating with you. We have expanded our customer service team to better care for our guests, and to make certain that a situation such as this can be avoided in the future. Oomi Travel Guest Experience.- AL
