Hi EmmaThanks for your feedback in this context would like to write our side that nothing happened like that. There was two major issues with you while on tour that you were not happy with Agra hotel & about the same you have not informed in Agra, the same you informed me over the phone while my colleague came to meet you at Jaipur hotel & to collect the payment of extra services you booked with us beyond this tour & second issue was about train ticket confirmation of Varanasi - Rishikesh Sector as we said over the phone that train ticket will get confirm closer to date of travel and it get confirmed closer to date of travel & you travelled comfortably. As you have mentioned that we said will cancel further services of your tour that was for extra services you booked with us as you were not intending to pay as per your commitment. While you were on tour, we had only one telephonic conversation on my colleague phone at Jaipur & after that we did not called you at all. When you reached Varanasi, Mr. Nitin personally came to meet you on our instructions to make you comfortable at hotel that hotel should provide you best room.
