Hello Henrik, thank you for your review. However, I am very surprised to read your notes about our guide. We have been working together for 8 years now and never received notes like this about him! You should consider that he had to deal with a lot of differences and attitudes in this group. It was a out of the ordinary group according to our guides. People's fitness levels were very far apart and keeping the group together in a team has been almost impossible. Its not a surprise that verbally our guides had to be very strict and give clear comments that under these circumstances might have seemed a bit rude. You have to put into consideration that the guide is responsible for the client's life and if the group does not stay together it is very stressful and safety is of utmost importance on a trip like this. I can tell you from many years of experience that normally this trip allows pictures, stops and enough time to relax. For some the pace and trip was just right or also even too slow and some had difficulties keeping up with the pace. We encourage all of our clients to do research about this tour and be aware of the fact that wilderness trips also are a lot of work and effort but they are, by all means, worth it !!! I am really sorry that your experience has not been great throughout the trip ! Usually our groups work greatly as a team. In this case unfortunately and despite the efforts of the guides it was impossible. People even kept fighting about who will do dishes etc. This is actually very said but in all those years I can tell you its the first time I hear this. Our guides solve a lot of situations, they are all very experienced and well trained leaders in many fields. But there is only so much a guide can do if people are not interested in getting along with each other.
