It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better. Some things are not always our hands like we hire good tour guide at each cities but one of them not match your travel conditions then it make you disappointed and hotels are included in tour we clearly mentioned the names of hotels with category 3 star as per Indian standard. Other services like Camel Ride and transportation we deliver as per agreed.
