We would like to mention that we didn’t receive the accurate name of your Hotel as you didn’t inform which branch you’re staying at. As for your tour guide, following your expressed concerns with her inability and lack of preparation for the tour, we've decided to part ways and stop working with her. This is only a small part of our strategy to make sure that every tour guide is well informed with our programs. And we apologize as it wasn’t clear that your lunch only includes Day 2,3,4,5 and 6, not on Day 1. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
