To justify your complaint: About trip preparation: 1) the management team of Trekking Trail Nepal has sent several emails (July 30 and November 09) to you after receiving your booking but did not get a response to any email. 2) The Operation Director (Mr. Madhav) from Trekking Trail Nepal has provided you with the necessary types of equipment list and necessary information about the weather on WhatsApp contact before you arrive in Pokhara too. About Guesthouse: Teahouse accommodation on the Annapurna Base Camp Trek is completely different than in cities. The teahouse services in Annapurna Base Camp trek are usually of basic standard with regular toilet facilities. The toilet will be outside and away from where you are sitting. Rooms are also basic standards. For the case in point, a modest wooden bed with a minimal foam pad mattress, pillow, and blanket is available.
