Tucan Travel has ceased to trade with immediate effect

On Tuesday the 2nd of February 2021, Tucan Travel issued a statement that they have ceased trading and that no further bookings are being taken and customers with existing bookings will not be able to travel as planned.

Tucan Travel has trading companies in both the UK and Australia. Bookings through both companies are similarly affected.

TourRadar is already reaching out to the appointed administrators to understand the process they are putting in place in both regions so we have the best information to assist customers who booked through TourRadar in working through the next steps in this process. As soon as we have clear information, we will be contacting each customer individually to advise on the status, your options and how we will be assisting you in this difficult time.

Our Customer Support team have already begun the process of calling and messaging all of the customers who booked with Tucan Travel via TourRadar, so if you haven't heard from us yet, you soon will.
