hello - i chose this tour package from the drop down menu - as there was no other option. Mine was a customised tour indeed. The feedback as below now Apprehensions ! Fear of unknown ! Anxiety ! What not ? when you want to book a holiday through a travel agent who you have not experienced before! Trust me, i , my wife and my daughter had all the above. We had very short time to finalise our Europe Tour. We did not want to opt for the total package deal where you are asked to wake up every day at 6 am and get into the bus by 7 am and are brought back to the hotel at 10 pm. That is a big No-go for us. Neither we had the courage to do everything on our own. We browsed the internet and left enquiries with atleast 6-7 tour operators. The first quote we received from WISEYATRA was pretty impressive with links shared for us to read the itinerary in detail. The questions shot to us by WISEYATRA before arriving at the itinerary was so impressive , we got the feeling that we are dealing with someone who knows their business well. Of course we opted for a self-guided tour to have time at our disposal and also to have the flexibility to decide if we have to skip some site seeing or not. We discussed in length and line by line on the doables through the entire 15 day Europe tour to understand if we could do it on our own or not. Our trust and confidence slowly started progressing and we took the call to go ahead with WISEYATRA. To our surprise some of the hotel stay for us got upgraded to 4 start from 3 star. We would have stayed in at least 8 different hotels and out of which we would say 6 of them met our expectations and couple of them exceeded our expectations. We were cautioned well in advance about the tiny rooms available in the entire Europe though. We had covered PARIS extensively( Eiffel tower - river seine cruise , Eiffel tower summit climbing, louvre museum, Disneyland and some walking tours in Paris). We then moved on Swiss and stayed at Grindelwald - spacious and awesome hotel - and covered the entire swiss. We had covered Mount Titlis, Mt Rigi, Rhine falls, did BERNINA EXPRESS etc in swiss) . We then moved on to Venice and thoroughly enjoyed the scenic Venice city through water bus . A visit to island also from VENICE through speed boat. Then moved on to Rome to cover important sites in Rome. We covered PISA TOWER/ TREVI FOUNTAIN/SPANISH STEPS/ COLOSSEUM . VATICAN CITY / ST PETERS BASILICA in ITALY. Throughout our travel schedule we had to take a lot of Metro, bus, tram, water bus etc. The entire schedule with time of departure, place of departure and if you miss the train- the next alternative train with time etc. were provided along with itinerary which gave us absolute comfort and confidence. Overall we found that the option to mix our travel plan with scheduled itinerary with self-guided plans suited us well. This kind of holiday travel plan can only be enjoyed well if you choose the right travel agent. We did not choose WISEYATRA through any reference. We chose them amongst the agents who we were in touch with us. Now, we can now boldly and with confidence suggest / recommend WISEYATRA if you are a first time traveler to any country that you want to visit. We vouch for WISEYATRA because of the fabulous experience we had holidaying through them. Please also note here that we added many value-adds to WISEYATRA on the dos and don'ts in EUROPE = which we sincerely hope would become part of their itinerary and proposal they send to their future customers. Just in case you want first hand inputs - feel free to reach out to me at arvind@compactups.com We will feel happy if we could be of help to our fellow travelers by sharing our experience on some of the dos and don'ts We think we have finally found a travel agent who is able to design an itinerary for such a small group like ours ( 3 of us) in such a short time and also meet and exceed our expectations. We are sure to engage WYSEYATRA for our future holidays too. Happy holidaying - best wishes [Removed In Moderation]

The tour was very well planned. We had a meeting with the travel agency ahead of time via zoom to go over the whole itinerary, plus everything was sent to us way ahead of time so we could familiarize ourselves with everything. Everything was perfectly organized. We had an amazing time. The hotels we stayed in were in walk in distance from the train station and close to most attractions. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Nothing but praise from us!

The itinerary was great, all of the activities were well-planned. Some days we could choose from more than one option which let us customize the trip. The hotels were great and walking distance to the trains and sight-seeing. We got a detailed itinerary before we left and had a one-on-one zoom meeting with the tour operator to go over the itinerary and ask questions. They checked in with us during the trip several times. This tour is ideal if you don't want to make all the plans and reservations yourself. And you aren't stuck in a big tour group on someone else's schedule. You're free to spend as much time as you like or choose different activities.
