Good day to you Sir Thanks so much for purchasing our tour package via TourRadar, As a tour operator, we have noticed that your are leaving feedback that is not reflective of the actual experience on the tour. Just because we did not refund for you the mekong delta tour due to the last minute cancellation. As a frenquently travellers, we think you should be aware of this policy. This is also the main reason you leave our team a nagative feedback on TourRadar. Below is some problem we were facing with you 1. On Day 5 as itinerary mentioned that: 9.00AM cycling into the countryside....Kindly check this link for details: https://www.tourradar.com/t/108613 =======> you did not want to cycling, you asked us to support a car instead of providing a bicycle. Then, you did not accept to pay the this incurred cost ===> Finally, we were happy to offer to you this service and no charge anymore 2. On Day 10: our guide came to the hotel to pick you up for the Mekong delta but you did not join the tour. You said to our guide that today you had a flight to Phu Quoc Island and was unable to join the tour with us. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION TO OUR POLICY, WE WERE UNABLE TO REFUND YOU FOR THIS CASE. You threatened us, not caring about all our explanations. It's last minute cancellation. WE DID NOT MAKE ANY WRONG THING DURING YOUR TRIP, WE SUPPORT YOU FOR EACH DAY BECAUSE YOU DID NOT READ ITINERARY 3. Problem in Communication We took great pride in providing a high level of service to this client in order to ensure that you got the important information and details for each day (Support channels: Whatsapp (talk for everyday), email and TourRadar as well). Even we sent some email and twice the final booking confirmation via email and asked you to read carefully, pick up and send off time. We also sent it to you again via whatsapp to make sure that you got all the necessary documents. HOWEVER, YOU DID NOT READ ANY FILE WE SENT TO YOU AND ALWAY ASK US AGAIN FOR EACH DAY ALONG THE TOUR. WE WERE HAPPY TO ANSWER YOU WITHOUT HAVING ANY UNCOMFORTABLE. 4. """" Hi ! Mrs please help your company still owner me one Mekong Delta tour ! we have been in the Ho Chi Minh City for five days and it is a perfect ending for you guys to come back pick up us to the tour and we will go hath to give your company 5 star’s Extended Tour ! Thank you very much""" from Mr. Hank via whatsapp. Obviously, you are happy with our service and ready to give us 5star feedback but finnally you changed your mind because we could not refund to you for mekong delta tour. You even threatened us, not caring about all our explanations. Can't believable 5. You said " we’re old people ! You guys don’t tell me before that right so me though is going to phu quoc island ! sorry about it""" we alway remind you via email and whatapp. Even highligh the main point by yellow color which much easy for you to have a look. So, you cant give us the reason that you are old. Honestly, we have many clients from over the world (Age ranges: 50 - 85 yeard old but they did not have any trouble in reading the word files we sent) We would appreciate if you could give the exact feedback on your experiences. Dear Ms. Ronnie I am very sorry to hear you had such a bad experience on train ( 9 hours) from Da Nang to Nha Trang.
