I missed the one major day trip because they forgot to pick me up at the hotel and the boat left without me. No one met me on my arrival back to port from Isabella and I had to walk to my hotel. Comms were very bad. Hard to contact. The tour group had no idea where I could get a COVID test for my return, while another tourist gave me that information.
