Jenna· May 8th, 2023I would not recommend Haka Tours. I've just provided two pages of feedback directly to them but in summary, there was no organisation while on tour of basic daily plans and activities, and any support from the company when our tour was impacted by COVID was non-existent. Haka's third party providers for activities and accommodation (Haka Plus tour) were great - these (and some great people on tour) were the only reason I enjoyed the trip. Make sure you book any optional/extra activities before you go - very little is included and it's not easy or clear to book activities once already on tour. It is an expensive tour, especially when you add the extra activities, and you do not get the service or passion you would expect from any tour, especially one at this price point.Show more
