  Good morning, I recently used your service to visit India and Nepal , it was great experience but the most important in this trip is that you assigned Sanjay, as my driver and guide , he is a great driver , he is great human being , he is very helpful , he is respectful at the same time , he is funny . I visited 5 continents and I never met someone like Sanjay, my wife got sick with cold and cough , he surprised me , he stopped on the road he said I will be back in a minute , when he come back brought some medication for my wife paid from his own pocket, he treated us as a family member, thanks Payless India tour , for having a great employee, Sanjay is simply the best , Sanjay thank you for everything you did for us , have a great day ,

  The Mahal’s, Forts, and Temples were amazing. Looks like a fabulous culture from 500 years ago that has long since disappeared, except for the gorgeous remnants left by the people of the period. Be prepared for overcrowding and thick air pollution. I would bring a mask as the air index was hazardous for the first couple days of our tour. Remember a billion and a half people live here and it is readily apparent everywhere you go. If your guide asked you to go check something cool out like how they make carpets or clothes and you get there and they offer you coffee and tea you should run away cause they’re trying to sell you something. Varanasi was absolutely off the charts, the burning of the Hindu people in outside crematoriums was like nothing I’ve ever seen until I got to Nepal, where they burn Hindu people in outside crematoriums. Varanasi all in all was a very beautiful spiritual place and somewhere that I would definitely consider going back to. On to Nepal: Lumbini and the birthplace of Buddha was very spiritual and emotional with the sheer amount of people that go on pilgrimages to see this place. There’s dozens of temples all throughout the complex from all the different countries paying homage to Buddha. Top notch. Pokhara was a beautiful little mountain town. A beautiful lake, very hippie vibe and probably one of my favorite cities of the entire trip. The roads in Nepal, however, have much to be desired as the highway maintenance, if you can even call it that, has lasted almost a decade and will continue to last a decade more . Kathmandu was fantastic beautiful city a little overrun with people but beautiful. The Himalayan flight was more than I could expect. It was absolutely a great experience and well worth the money. Mr. Mithun was a fantastic host and driver. I do not have enough good stuff to say about him and I hope you’re lucky enough to have him on your tour. PS if you are an elderly person or do not like sitting for hours on end, this is probably not the tour for you as there were many 5, 6, and 7 hour days in the car between places.

  I was a bit worried before traveling as I wasn’t sure how safe it would be, but it was a great trip overall. We were able to see many nice places considering the distances, and Mr. Mithun was very polite and patient and an excellent driver (considering the busy India streets and conditions of some of the Nepal roads). We had a great time and definitely recommend the tour if you want to be able to see main cities, temples, and the great culture of India and Nepal. Thank you Mr. Mithun!

  Our driver Vivek Sharma was the best! We had a great time with him. He was always prepared. Meeting with the various guides went very smoothly. The roads however were not smoothe! Mr. Sharma made our trip better. He was very kind and knowledgeable and helped us take breaks, get money from safe ATMs, bought some entrance fees ahead of time for us and was more like a friend than a driver. Very honest and trustworthy with a funny sense of humor. If I go back to India I would look him up again, and I definitely would highly recommend this tour and especially the lovely Mr Sharma. I might fly between Varanasi and Kathmandu, just because the roads are so bad at the moment. Mr Sharma drove us to the top of a mountain up winding roads to get to our selected hotel in Pokhara and was fantastic and careful. I would recommend the Sarangkat Mountain Lodge as a permanent hotel for this trip. It was the highlight hotel for us. The views from there were breathtaking with glimpses of the Himalayas. All guides were excellent except for one of the guides at Orcha who had a lisp and did not speak good English and kept his sunglasses on the entire time. Especially loved Uday in Varanasi!

  First trip to India and Nepal and it was extremely exciting and adventurous! Our driver Vivek Sharma was a proud ambassador for his beloved country. Driving in a regular passenger car (our group only had 3 guests) made you feel that you were right in the middle of life in India/Nepal; providing a very immersive experience compared to a tour bus or minivan. No one had really prepared us for the lack of roads in Nepal, but those rides made the trip even more memorable. Vivek expertly&safely drove us on this 15-day journey and he proudly shared some of his life stories with our group. In every town we met up with local guides. MJ in Jaipur and Uday in Varanasi were exceptional; seeing India through their eyes was a privilege and fun. There were lots of amazing activities crammed in this well-organized 15-day tour, not just the magnificent sightseeing, but all of the road stops for coffee, tea, meals and of course the bathroom breaks (LOL) made the trip a real adventure! This certainly was a very amazing journey; highly recommended, but what made it so very special was our warm, funny, dependable, proud, and caring driver Vivek. Thank you Vivek!

  I have traveled a lot and used various methods including group tours and solo travels planning everything myself. This is my first private tour so I wasn’t really sure if I would enjoy this type of travel. I have really enjoyed it! Tonight is my final day in Kathmandu and I can tell you I would book with Payless Tours again in a heartbeat. The first thing I like is the driver they provide picks you up at the airport and stays with you until the very end. Our driver helped us figure out what to tip, best ATM, foods we should avoid etc etc. each city comes with a guide local to that city. Your driver picks them up and takes you from site to site. I always felt like I had someone there watching out for my best interest. I discovered later that our lunch and dinner restaurants are checked by the tour company to make sure they use good hygiene in their food preparation. They also have clean restrooms with western toilets (which is important). Prakash and Mr Mithun were both fantastic. There were so many guides I can only remember Uday in Varanasi who broke down the Hindu gods so I could understand. I really don’t have a single negative comment after 2 weeks! Communication was great with the company and our driver.

  The trip has been a dream come true despite the challenges of distance and the roads in Nepal. Bholu has been a brilliant driver and was keen to help us and adjusting the itinerary to suit us especially when my husband was ill. He met us prior to the tour as we arrived in New Delhi early which was really kind. Bholu is patient and kind with a quiet sense of humour and helped us have a brilliant time!

  What a great way to see so much of India and Nepal in a short time. We enjoyed every aspect of this tour. Our driver, Mithun was exceptional, he spoke good english and he was very knowledgeable and an excellent driver given the challenging road conditions and traffic. He was always on time and courteous. The guides who met us in each major area were also excellent, their enthusiasm and knowledge was admirable and they took great photos. We were very happy with all the 4 star hotels we stayed at.

  We had a amazing tour India & Nepal with Bholu who was really good driver and guide also.He helped us paper work at Nepal boarder immigration.Our tour was really wonderful like Chitwan jungle safari,pokhara city tour and Kathmandu mountain flight which was unforgettable experience for us.Thank you Payless Asia tour for your wonderful tour plan we really appreciated about it.We will choose again this company for our holiday plan.
