I especially appreciated the personal cooking classes that he provided for me. Excellent English and social skills. H four star hotels provid through Payless were excellent and included pools sufficient to continue my regular lap swimming, something I did not expect!!Show more

Beata· March 18th, 2025Nasza podróż do Indii z Payles Tours India była absolutnie wyjątkowa! Od pierwszego kontaktu aż do końca wyjazdu wszystko było perfekcyjnie zorganizowane. Zwiedziliśmy perełki tzw. Złotego Trójkąta Indii czyli obszaru rozciągającego się między Delhi, Dźajpur i Agrą. Jeden z siedmiu cudów świata Taj Mahal, Pałac Wiatrów, Meczet, Brama Indii, Czerwony Fort czy najpiekniejsza na świecie studnia schodkowa z IX wieku ♥️ , a wisienką na torcie była wizyta w Świątyni małp i wiosce słoni. Każda chwila była pełna niesamowitych wrażeń. W każdym odwiedzanym miejscu mieliśmy do dyspozycji przewodnika, który dedykowany był wyłącznie dla naszej 5 osobowej grupy. Kolejnym bardzo dużym plusem były hotele- wszystkie na bardzo wysokim poziomie, z dyskretną obsługą i smacznymi śniadaniami. Szczególne podziękowania kierujemy do naszego kierowcy, Mithuna Sharmy, który nie tylko zapewnił nam bezpieczny i komfortowy transport, ale także dzielił się swoją wiedzą i dbał o nas na każdym kroku. Dzięki niemu podróżowanie było przyjemnością! Jeśli marzycie o niezapomnianej przygodzie w Indiach, pełnej pięknych widoków i autentycznych doświadczeń, Payles Tours India i Mithun Sharma to najlepszy wybór. Gorąco polecamy! - Neil· February 10th, 2025These guys are the best. We're traveled on tour packages around the world a lot and this has to be the best customer service we have ever experienced. Starting with the trip coordinator, Neeraj, excellent communication throughout the planning and execution process. He tailored our trip to add additional stops and days to our package to include adding additional domestic flights. He even added a couple of temporary hotel stays to accommodate our flight schedule at no additional cost. He vevn personally met us at one of our stops and brought thank you gifts. Above and beyond with his customer service. Next, the driver Ankit, and Guide Prakash, we're AMAZING. We felt like royalty with these two gentlemen. They were there at whatever point in the day or night that we needed them. They would quickly involve themselves if local vendors were trying to charge us excessive visitor prices. If we said, we needed something, Prakash would search everywhere to get us what we needed. I cannot overstate the value of having a guide like Prakash. He or the driver, Ankit would hold my elderly mothers hand everywhere we went because they recognized that she need assistance. They were always early to pick us up from the to start our daily adventure - we were never waiting for them. Prakash's favorite phrase was "Why not?". If we wanted to add a local stop enroute to our next stop he would make it happen. If we wanted to go shopping, they would take us shopping. When we entered Nepal, we saw a riverside and a cable car that was going. Up to the top of the mountain and all we had to do is ask and he made the stop. Ankit drove us around in a new 16 passenger van which was always clean and comfortable. But most impressive was his driving skills. If you've been to India, you can definitely appreciate having a great driver. These guys work extremely hard to make our trip as memorable as possible. They even acted as personal photographer when we needed them. I can go on and on but just wanted to say that Neeraj, Prakash, and Ankit are the India travel "Dream Team"!Show moreTrip date: January 2025

Taj Mahal in Agra, Varanasi and Khajuraho are our best places in India - beautiful and ambient places that we really loved exploring and staying a bit longer. In Nepal: Bhatapur, Dubar square and Pokhara - astonishing architecture and beautiful views of the mountains in Pokhara. Our driver Mr. Balbir who is not only a very energetic driver but also a great companion we spent a great time with.
