To enjoy the morning sessions more, each person commented that there really needed to be a half hour break built into these days. By doing so, we are less exhaused, able to process all we are being told and more importantly better able to enjoy the rest of the guided too. They seemed rushed and certainly my husband and I did not enjoy them as much as we would have liked because of the pace. My husband had not been feeling well, so he felt he was just working to keep up. Breaks were definitely needed.
