One point is that it would be nice to have English speaking guide so that it does not give the impression of missing some information while two-third of what the guide was explaining in Spanish was not missing anything in English part.Show more

Torres del Paine National Park is simply superb and there are walking trails for all levels. The catamaran excursion to Bernardo O'Higgins National Park to see the glaciers gave us the chance to see marine animals, and what can I say about glaciers! The stop at a ranch for lunch was also great. The professionalism of the crew accompanying us on board was second to none! The hotel in Punta Arenas was superb! There were a few hiccups with the logistics of the dinner package, however, Patagonia Planet was professional on all levels; I am really grateful for them. He was enthusiastic but we lost so much in translation that it pretty much ruined our trip. After his briefing on the afternoon of the first day we should have requested Marisa for the rest of the trip. She was a great driver and guide. We had a party of 6.
