- EKEllen· November 3rd, 2024The tour was fast-paced for 10 days through 7 countries but was a FABULOUS vacation! Our tour guide, Antonio Veiga was EXCELLENT at navigating the predetermined itinerary while adding a few additional stops along the way. I have one word of caution to travelers for this type of quick tour... you must be physically able to walk at least 8K steps a day and navigate stairs well. There is a great deal of walking (sometimes on uneven pavement) and a daily routine of stepping on and of the bus several times a day (aside from stairs at many locations and hotels). Everyone felt part of a big family and Tania went above and beyond to give is tours of the cities on our free days otherwise by ourselves we wouldn't have experienced half of it. It was so easy to get lost in places, everything looked the same as you ventured off on your own for the perfect photos. If I could suggest copies of maps for each city/town could be made available to travellers who request them, not everyone has access to wifi, internet, etc while visiting towns and hence cannot search for maps on their phones. We coped by taking photos of our meeting place and were lucky to find English speaking residents who were able to get us back where we need to be.Show more

Unfortunately my wife had a severe fall and required hospitalization due to concussion complications so we were not able to finish the tour back to Italy.
