    DO NOT BOOK AN EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!! They left me STRANDED in the middle of nowhere!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! They were not good at communicating. I was scared, crying and 45 minutes away from my hotel — none the less, ON MY BIRTHDAY! I tried to call the guide Alejandro to come back, but he would not help us. Luckily I was able to get an Uber back home, but the host Alejandro was NO HELP at all. I paid $160 to be left traumatized about the whole situation. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Alejandro did not care about the well being of the people on the tour nor made it clear that he was not going to wait. All he did was give us a phone number to get a refund back. However, money was wasted because we had to get an Uber back. We also were getting food when he left us, which we did not even get to pay for or get because we were rushing out of the market, only for the host to leave us anyways! We told Alejandro several times we were walking out already and he did not care and left. This is so unprofessional, traumatic and abusive!!!!

    Amazing experience! Was our first time in PR and first experience visiting Rainforest. Definitely love it!! Bryan Bou make us feel safe, welcomed all the time!     Súper fun, the guide was super cool and humble. Always treating us like family. The places were AWESOME, love it!!!!

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before January 23rd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 23rd, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Spotin. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Spotin will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Spotin" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
