  This is a well organised tour and I really enjoyed it. For each trip was a different tour guide and they were all very professional and very knowledgeable. Galapagos is so beautiful and I got to see so many animals, from giant tortoise to sea lion and colourful fish in the ocean. I highly recommend this tour and will definitely do it again.

  It was an amazing trip. The programme was well designed to see as much as possible in a few days. The accomodation was not great, but reasonable for the price. The staff at the hotel was really nice and helpful. They even assisted my husband when he needed to see a doctor. Each programme had a different guide, some were excellent, but at one of the snorkelling trips the guide left me and my kids simply behind - we are good swimmers, but could not keep up. The transfer back to the hotel

  Excellent nature destination, with varied activities from kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, etc. It allows you to meet a wide variety of animals and interact in their own habitat. Basic but sufficient and clean accommodation. There was a need to provide more detailed information about the daily program to customers, especially as the guide changed each day.

  I had the most magical time in Galapagos at Hostal Dreams. The location, rooms, atmosphere and tour guides were of such high quality!! I really enjoyed my time there and recommend this option for anyone doing a land tour. So much attention to detail by the drivers Andy, Marcos, Luis. The breakfasts were delicious and the service lovely. They are organized, always on time and helped me to enjoy my 5 days/4 nights in Puerto Ayora and the Galapagos Isñands to the max! I will be back and I will recommend you to my friends and network. Gracias por todo!!

  Tour guides weren’t great. Was there 40 years ago and felt like I saw much more then. There was a lot of emphasis on snorkeling versus other wildlife. Hotel was nice

  Dear Carol. Thank you very much for your feedback, it is good to receive it and improve our service, 40 years ago for sure everything was different in the world, however Galapagos is trying to conserve fauna which is unpredictable,it is not a zoo.... Show more

  Great collection of day tours but just be aware that’s what it is - no tour group as such but everything organised seamlessly and really made the most of all the time there. Would recommend this trip

  The Cami Adventures team provided an incredible experience of the Galapagos Islands for me and my two traveling companions. They made it repeatedly clear that they were happy to help whenever it was requested and went above and beyond to organise a birthday cake for us. The day-tours were hosted by especially knowledgeable and friendly guides in small groups which enabled us to ask lots of questions and get more out of each trip. The hotel we stayed at was clean, provided a large assortment of breakfast foods and provided a filter with clean drinking water. I highly recommend this tour for anyone traveling to the Galapagos Islands on a budget who wants the hassle of organising activities/tours taken away.

  A trip to The Galapagos is always going to be amazing because of the wonderful things you see! However, could this tour have been better? The answer is yes. The activities were great but a couple of the tour guides made the them less enjoyable. One of the tours had a guide called Billy, who didnt say much in English despite the fact he could speak English and it was an English speaking tour. We felt excludes from a lot om this particular tour and didnt really know where we were going or what we were doing! And one of our final guides was great at English but his style was to ask you questions that you didnt know the answer to, rather than actually inform you and share knowledge. Some of the guides in between were fantastic! In regards to the organisation from the hotel and the staff/drivers at Galapagos Dreams... The girls on the reception were great, always helpful and friendly. The guys organising it werent as good unfortunately. I think the general thing I would say is that for most people, a visit to the Galapagos is a once in a lifetime trip, and the organisers and staff could consider that more. They lack the customer service element and the enthusiasm that is generally expected in the tourism industry. That been said, this was one of the cheaper tours we saw so if we had paid more we may have got a higher level of service.
