- KPKim Choy· March 5th, 2025The itinerary from IndoChina tour was inaccurate. We were not provided with a guide , we had a driver Alex who was extremely helpful and friendly. We did not have the street food experience or the menugug dining experience as listed in the itinerary. Also I told that I could have the Mt Batur sunrise hike on the free day 1/3/25 at extra cost which I was very happy to pay. However I was not informed till late on the 28/2/25 that the hike was not possible!! This really upset me especially as I was informed that this additional booking was possible at the time I booked the Tour with you! The tour experience turned out positive and good because we made the most out of everything that was possible.Had we been negative people, it would have been a disaster!Show more

Appreciated Lenita and Ha Nguyen's quick response and patience with any queries we had and also requests with changes with itinerary. The only thing was during Safari, the Feed the Predator seemed to have been forgotten to be booked and so my family had been My family and I enjoyed the surprise of Lenita; secondly, Ray's family welcomed us warmly and taught us the Balinese way of living, how Hindu Balinese people praise their Gods, their mode of dressing and how to prepare and cook their food. The foods we helped prepare were extremely savoury and surprisingly healthy, we all enjoyed it. We enjoyed chatting with the team, sharing our cultural and language similarities and differences from where we originated. 🙏❤️☺️ Every bit was truly an amazing and unforgettable experience.
