Carrie· September 10th, 2022We had to quit the tour the morning of the second day because the guide was completely incompetent. He knew nothing of the area and didn’t follow itinerary. It was a disaster and disappointing to say the least. I will never see the places in New Zealand I paid to see. I had to find new lodging, transportation etc. I am waiting for a full refund from TourRadar with whom I booked the tour. Intrepid tours has contacted TourRadar with whom I booked.
