  Honestly had the best time on this tour, all the places we visited were really beautiful and the plan was well thought out! It would have been nice to have spent a bit more time in certain places but we packed a lot in! Ceci was our tour guide and she was brilliant, knowledgable and just amazing at what she does. Ceci helped the group gel together and made sure everyone was included and comfortable the whole time. The trip was amazing and the people made it even better!!! Can’t thank intro and Ceci enough. I’ll remember the trip forever and use my newly learned Mexican phrases while I continue my journey 🧡 Que padre!!!

  I had an incredible time on the tour. The first half being filled with lots of great activities such as boat tours, mezcal/pox tasting and optional ones such as pottery (which I highly recommend). We really got to embrace the culture of Mexico with the local and indigenous communities visits and exploring each place we stayed. the long drives were long and bumpy but very manageable and really weren’t a concern as had frequent breaks and all part of the experience. The only thing that would have made it better would potentially have been another night in oaxaca to make it feel less rushed. The second half being at a slower but still filled itinerary was welcomed and allowed for a more relaxed time. Beach days and island hopping was amazing, and cenotes/chichen itza made for more highlights. Our group leader Ceci and our local guide (JP) were great and super knowledgeable, answers any and all questions along with great recommendations for food and drink. Ceci was supportive and enthusiastic throughout helping with anything she could and really the trip as worthwhile and memorable. (Thank you Ceci)

  It was amazing! a really good combination of culture, nature and leisure. I really enjoyed every moment of it. Our group was a mix of different people from different countries and backgrounds, but we came along really well and it feels like a family! Also, our group leader, Ceci, is the most passionate, cheerful and energetic group leader that i've ever met! I'm glad that i booked this tour !

  I had the best time on the México trip; everyone on the trip was so sound and all got along so well, our trip leader Ceci done an amazing job of coordinating us, always had her enthusiasm up and ready to take on the day and was so supportive with onward travel, she really was the BEST tour leader to have! Only down point was the amount of travel time, didn’t take it into consideration and spent a lot of time in a cramped van. It would also be good if there were more “sightseeing” activities or some walking activities added in. Coming from Scotland I’d suggest taking cash with you as you can sometimes be charged commission for using a terminal and just as a wee fyi as I wasn’t aware, México has a big tipping culture too. Overall, amazing trip with some amazing cultural experiences and immense beaches! Would hands down go again!

  The tour was great fun and a great way to see beautiful places in Mexico. Our tour leader Ceci was awesome and made the trip extra fun! The tour could improve its value for money in terms of transport, meals included and accommodation (all were fine but an expensive tour for what was offered). Otherwise an amazing experience!

  This tour was amazing, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the beautiful country of Mexico. What made it even better were our group leaders, Jason and Ceci. They were funny, full of energy, and made sure the group had a great time. Jason’s and Ceci’s jokes and quick wit kept us laughing, and they really helped the group bond. Both Jason and Ceci went out of their way to make sure everyone had what they needed and accommodated everyone’s needs. The itinerary was well-planned, though the first few days had longer travel times. But those were worth it for everything we got to see and do, and once we reached Cancun, we could fully relax. Never once did I feel unsafe. I would highly recommend this tour. Exploring Mexico is a truly a worthwhile experience and will be made even better with a group leader like Ceci.

  Just returned from Mexico with Intro Travel. Our group was lucky enough to have two tour leaders Jason and Ceci, both of which made our experience unforgettable. Ceci’s expert knowledge of Mexico made for an excellent trip and we have come away feeling like we have learnt so much about the country. Both Ceci and Jason were great fun and really helped the group gel, whilst also ensuring the tour ran very smoothly. As a vegetarian I was pleasantly surprised how many options I had to choose from at restaurants and both guides were great at suggesting vegetarian friendly restaurants and helping everyone translate menus and offer suggestions. I felt that vegetarians on the trip were very well catered for. Having done group tours before, I have never felt so well looked after and that safety was always a priority and our guides were great at checking in and making sure everyone was okay and everyone’s individual needs were met. I also felt that there was a really good mix of planned group activities and free time to either explore independently or have some down time to relax. Despite some longer drives between locations, the mini busses were comfortable and had air conditioning and even a TV to play movies in some. There were always stops along the way to break up the journey as well as comfort stops whenever needed. Our tour leaders also often used this time to tell us about the next days itinerary or about the location we were travelling to which worked really well. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking to explore the highlights of Mexico with likeminded travellers. Myself and others in the group agreed that we would love to sign up to another Intro trip in the future if either Ceci or Jason was leading as they really did go above and beyond. An overall excellent first trip with Into travel!
