Only complaint: Hella Hotel needs to be removed from your network. Not clean, a very old rundown building - we stayed elsewhere at our own expense. Essentially, the company was available to assist literally late into the eve. Provided you take the 12-day itinerary as suggestions of places to see vice a checklist to accomplish, you will not be disappointed. Several of the overnight accommodations were not up to my standards but none were bad.
