In first a couple of days, there are some issues. I was fallen down at Lava Tunnel and my arm was hurting due to the local tour guide didn’t pay enough attention on safety in this activity. Later Diego in Santa Cruz Island and Julio in Isabela Island worked hard to keep things smoothly. I enjoyed my time in this beautiful island very much, I appreciate both Diego and Julio’s help. I also think the itinerary could be improved as there are two free days in this tour, I have to purchase other day trips to fill up these two free days.

Very well organised and takes you to the best places in Santa Cruz and Isabela. The guides were all lovely and on time with good knowledge. I think it works out cheaper than doing it on your own because a lot of the day trips there are $100-140 and they were all included for us :) highly recommend!

Big thanks to our tour operator Diego in Ecuador. He was absolutely outstanding in organising everything, quick responce to any enquiry we had . Diego went out of his way to retrieve and send our delayed luggage to Galapagos and deliver to our hotel. He made our holidays very enjoyable and stress free. We felt taken care of. Loved our tour in Galapagos. Very interesting and diverse with many activities.

Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 22nd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 22nd, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Responsible Travel South America. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Responsible Travel South America will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Responsible Travel South America" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
