The places are amazing and all the scheduling and coordination happened promptly and w/o problems. I was comfortable w/ the quality of the hotels for the price. The reason I'm not going for 5 stars is that I was merged w/ a different group for every activity, so you don't stay w/ the same group all the time, I guess this has its pros and cons but I like to stay w/ the same group and get to know people better. Also, the tip solicitation was somewhat out of control, the guides won't ask you explicitly for a tip but they would do everything short of that. This is truly uncomfortable as I already paid for the service and my decision to leave a tip is very personal and only if they go above and beyond. I'm truly annoyed by people just doing their jobs and always implying that they are going the extra mile, I'm sick of this in the USA and truly dislike seeing it elsewhere.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before February 5th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 5th, 2025, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with TreXperience. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 6 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and TreXperience will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "TreXperience" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
