Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Amman
Your guide will meet you at Amman airport and drive you to your hotel, which takes about 45 minutes (35km). You'll have time to settle in since check-in starts at 16:00, so you can freshen up after your journey and get oriented to the city.

- Day 2
Ajloun - Jerash
You'll leave around 07:30 for a full day heading north of Amman. First stop is Umm Qais, an old hilltop city with columned streets and theaters overlooking the Jordan Valley and Sea of Galilee. From there you drive through forests and olive groves to Ajloun Castle, built back in 1184 and offering views across the countryside. Later you'll reach Jerash, one of the best preserved classical cities with the Oval Plaza and temples to explore. You'll return to the hotel by early evening after a full day of sightseeing.

- Day 3
Amman City Exploration
This afternoon you'll see Amman's key spots. Start at the hilltop Citadel ruins and the Roman Amphitheatre, then walk through the lively souks. After that, head to West Amman to check out the upmarket side of the city with its hotels, restaurants, and neighborhoods. You can also spend time walking along Rainbow Street, which has lots of cafes, restaurants, and interesting shops to browse.

Mount Nebo - Shoubak Castle - Petra
You'll drive to Madaba (38km, about 45 minutes), known for its Byzantine mosaics including the famous mosaic map in St George's Church. Next is Mount Nebo, an important biblical site where Moses saw the Holy Land, with a Byzantine church there. Then it's a longer drive to Shoubak Castle (240km, roughly 3 hours), a Crusader fort perched on a rocky hilltop with great views. Later you'll drive to Petra (30km, 30 minutes) and arrive in the late afternoon.

- Day 5
Wadi Rum
You'll enter Petra through the Siq, a narrow gorge with 80-meter cliffs leading to The Treasury facade. Spend the morning exploring the Roman Theatre, Street of Facades, and Royal Tombs. The afternoon is free to do what you like - you can climb to the High Palace of Sacrifice for views over the red sandstone, or hike to the Monastery (note it's about 800 steps). Later you'll transfer to Wadi Rum (145km, roughly 2 hours) for dinner under the stars, served Bedouin style.

- Day 6
Dead Sea
Early on you'll take a 2-hour 4WD safari through Wadi Rum to see the sandstone mountains and canyons, with the option to ride camels if you'd like. Then you'll transfer to the Dead Sea resort (335km, about 4 hours). Once you arrive, the rest of the day is yours to relax - you can try the mud baths that locals say have therapeutic benefits, or float in the mineral-rich water at the lowest point on earth.

Departure from Amman
You'll check out of your hotel by 12:00 and then head to Amman airport for your onward flight. The drive takes about 1 hour (50km), so plan to leave in plenty of time to catch your flight.
