To be improved: needed a tour guide and we only had a trek guide, need wifi in hotels (they say they have it, but its 1 bar and barely connects), need better hotels...these were 2-star and we hated the 4 flights of stairs to our room which was ALWAYS up past the 3rd floor, need better organization and general professionalism, need to be able to handle all types of people from those who want to skip dinner, skip lengthy tour discussions and those who want to go faster or slower.
