I would not recommend this tour to anyone considering what I went through. It seems like they are not organized at all. Transportation part was okay but the accommodation was very poor. One of the nights, I had a late check in at a hostel due to transportation, when I reached the premises they didn't have my reservation (not sure who is responsible for this) but they were fully booked and I had to walk around and search for another accommodation at 2am. When I did find an accommodation, the company refused to refund me for the hotel knowing I had no other options. Overall very poor customer service. I definitely will not choosing Marvelus ever again.

The organization, communication and information are very good. There would have been a good choice of accommodation, even for a surcharge. The last one is particularly substandard. It was a great experience.

Hello all, I really enjoyed the tour overall. There a few points here and there which could/should be improved but generally speaking this is a great adventure/tour. Olivia from the customer service and Daniel were both really supportive and helpful. I recommend this tour to those who are looking for challenges !

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 17th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 17th, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Marvelus Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Marvelus Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Marvelus Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
