- AWally· October 2nd, 2023While my overall opinion of the trip was extremely favorable, I have to say that riding on a bus with 40+ people created a problem. my wife and I as well as Susan, in our party of 4, contracted COVID. We did not have this diagnosed until our return home. Margaret, our tour director did encourage the group to wear masks, and even provided them, but there were those that did not put them on. The excessive amount of coughing on the bus was pretty obvious. There were times there needed to be a slight change in itinerary, each time they thought about us and making sure we got the most from the experience. They constantly kept us informed of our itinerary, meals, and time frame. Sharing their knowledge of this beautiful country was very informative.
