- TLTom· December 27th, 2024A fantastic two-week tour of Vietnam (covering Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh) and finishing in Siem Reap, Cambodia, involving two internal flights and all manner of day trips and excursions. (The old town of Hoi An, exploring the Cu Chi tunnels, paddling on the Mekong River, and discovering Cambodia were the highlights for me). The whole tour was extremely well planned and slickly executed - pickups were almost invariably on time, transport comfortable and air-conditioned, restaurants and food excellent, and tour guides overwhelmingly knowledgeable and very personable. On the one occasion a bus trip didn't happen as scheduled, the office staff moved into action quickly and a good solution was found. Special mention to Sophia, in the Hoi An office, who without over-communicating kept us fully in the picture as to what to expect and what to prepare each day. - JNJeeva· December 25th, 2024What we liked most was that All the Hotels were Centrally Located almost in the City Centres.We took advantage of the location and explored each city’ by ourselves during the free times .Ofcourse there were plenty of Food,Partying,Shopping options available in Downtown areas. The entire tour was very well organised and we never felt any Travel Fatigue as the Tour was not that Fast paced . - CFCarol· April 3rd, 2023I have done this same tour before in 2014. That tour was very well organised, this time it was not!! Last time we had a tour guide with us the whole time from airport pickup to airport drop off, this time we had different drivers pick us up, some didn’t speak any English, some were rude, yelling at one couple because they didn’t know what hotel they were staying at!! To top it off, we were put on a local bus, when we eventually found the right bus, as the driver just dumped us and pointed to a bus that wasn’t ours, to travel to Cambodia. We were given no information apart from it would take 13 hr. The conductor or who ever he was, was using an app to talk to us, he demanded we hand oven our passports to him, we refused. We do NOT hand over our passports to any one except a customs officer!! On the third time he came to talk to us, he threatened to stop the bus, unload our luggage and kick us off the bus, we had no choice but to do what he demanded. This was so stressful for us, we didn’t know if we were going to see our passports again?? I would never use this tour company again.
