They converted it to USD, but only gave me 350 USD, effectively stealing $47 from me. Management refused to credit me the difference. 2: I paid $899 for a tour in Colombia. They canceled the tour and will not refund the payment (they offered a “credit”). They are advertising tours they are not running, then refusing to refund money paid for them.Show more
