shanice· September 5th, 2024Extremely bad experience with Trafalgar. I booked a tour to Peru with Ecuador extension. My visa never came through but they took 80% of the tour fees ie more $3000 as cancellation fee. The service agent was aware that I applied 3 months in advance for the visa abd I requested her not to pay so much in advance but she forced me and then grabbed $3000+ as cancellation fee. On top of that they are now playing games to give back the small $1000 credits . It’s been 5 weeks and they keep making excuses abd all kinds of appalling mistakes and till date not returned even the small credit due back . Agent Shweta is so poor in customer service . Overall just horrible experienceShow more
