- STSimone· April 30th, 2024I was not collected from the airport and was unable to get a response from the emergency number on the 3 occasions I tried, my accommodation was not available on first night even though it was booked and paid for prior to leaving Australia. I had to pay taxi to accommodation and the room again. This was mention to the manager and guides x 3 and I still have not received reimbursement or an explanation as to why this occurred as all was confirmed and paid from Australian side. Still no acknowledgement from Sunny Safari.Show more

The tour accommodation was very nice! Specially those in the parks. We did not see any of what are considered to be the highlights of this park: Champagne Valley, Cathedral Peak, Injisuthi, Giant’s Castle, Amphitheatre. Instead, we were taken to Lotheni.
