Es war alles toll organisiert. Trotzdem waren wir enttäuscht, weil wir nicht zum Donaudelta gefahren sind. Das war unser eigentlicher Reisegrund.

Good. Nothing much to say

Good intentions. Poor Execution. Great trip on paper and advertisement. They start the day around 9 AM and drive you in a mini bus till about 8 PM. No time for lunch. No time to actually relax and sight see. Not recommended for travelers who have traveled with other tour companies like Gate1 or Globus or Trafalgar. Balks&More made us walk with luggage over cobbled streets. Driver and Guide were both new to the terrain. They waste a lot of time picking up and dropping off people over different hotels. Other people have to wait in the bus. Because their advertisement is enticing, they will cover all the cities but then who wants to see a palace at 7:30 PM for example. Many items are skipped. You will spend a lot of time in minivan. They will switch days or itinerary at a moment's notice. Luggage is in a trailer covered with a tarp.

The anticipation over our trip to the Balkans was met with surprise and delight. Traveling from the Nicola Tesla Airport in Belgrade to our hotel was done in style with a delightful driver pointing out areas of interest with a minor history lesson. But the real treat was our tour guide for the balance of the trip starting the following day. Dejan was extremely knowledgeable and without bias answering all our questions. He also introduced us to several very good ethnic restaurants, told personal stories and absolutely made the trip. We traveled approximately 3500 miles (about 5632.7 km) with a small, homogeneous group of diverse people (7 in all). Our accommodations were great, the food was wonderful and the friends we made, made it all the more enjoyable.

Our tour guide “Pavle” was simply the best. The ease of getting things done was outstanding. Excellent, knowledgeable & friendly to all. The content, experiences and overall daily activities were magnificent.

This trip was an incredible experience! I had an amazing group of people, and our guide Maria Christina made everything perfect! We saw so many places and had so many new experiences! I will absolutely take another Culture Trip and would recommend to anyone seeking to travel somewhere new and really experience the local culture!

This was a combined trip/s from Berlin to Budapest and then Budapest to Spit so I had an experience with two different tour groups. The scenery and history is explained so well by our tour guide and learning more about the Serb/Bosnian war was invaluable. Auschwitch was cold, wet and raining and it depicted the conditions under which these people had to survive. Very moving day indeed for all. Budapest has such beautiful scenery and lovely icecream, cakes and chocolates! Spit is a walled city and I was there before the crowds which made it more comfortable for all.

A great tour to give a taste of the Balkan Countries.

Womderful two weeks with a small group that included daily walks on some of the most interesting Cycladean islands, with exploring countryside and towns. Peter was a knowledgeable and supportive leader. Escorted travel on ferries between four islands, mostly reasonable hotels, with a couple of lovely places to stay. Recommend for an active holiday...bring good footwear!

Excellent crew, excellent food. I would have appreciated less Happy Hours and more sightseeing!

Compared to my last trip with you last year, I can say that it was acceptable, the tour guides were perfect despite changing them several times, the hotel was not good at all in Rome (cleanliness and staff attitude), the buses were in good condition on all trips but The buses were in good condition on all trips but unfortunately the buses were very crowded and they kept changing the buses and mixing the groups almost daily which caused some confusion!!!!!! I just want to say a big thank you to Hugo and Matheus for their excellent support and guidance throughout the trip, and finally thank you for your services Regards Mohamed Radwan

I had the best time on this tour! The guides, hotels, stops, food were all wonderful. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the bilingual experience. We had separate tour guides for Spanish and English. While the English guide was speaking, the Spanish tourists would be speaking among themselves because it didn’t pertain to them making it hard to hear the English speaking guide. Also, I called the tour The Hop-On, Hop-Off Tour. There are so many options for travel with this agency that people were joining and leaving the group during the tour. Overall, I had a great time, met some wonderful people, and made special memories!

Thoroughly enjoyed the itinerary, food, service, associated hotel and of course the Amadeus ship, Cara. Ensure you take appropriate layers to accommodate October temperatures, particularly for the Danube delta trip. The tour provides a brief taste of each of 6 countries' cultures and histories - for possible choice returns. I can't think of anything to be a little critical of relative to our journey and the service received.

I enjoyed it over all. Something I didn’t appreciate was the way the excursions were offered before the tour. In order to do the ones I wanted, I ended up having to take too many. It was exhausting for me and I ended up getting sick. Shorter afternoon only tours would be better.

Last year my family and I went on this tour and it turned out to be such a wonderful and memorable experience. The itinerary through Italy, Albania, Montenegro and Dubrovnik was so well put together and the small group size made it feel more personal and enjoyable. We were especially amazed by Albania and Montenegro, Kotor in particular was a hidden gem. It’s still untouched by heavy tourism but is clearly growing fast as a destination. Huge thanks to the guides and the team who made the trip so smooth and special for us. It’s a journey we’ll always remember.

We started our trip in Europe and explored the Balkans. The accommodations were comfortable and fit the standards of the places we visited. The guide was friendly and helpful and the tour was enjoyable overall. It was nice to see that the operator worked with local partners which made the experience smoother and more special for us.

This trip was really great. Eraldo, a skilled and friendly driver, made it even more enjoyable with his social and happy demeanor, turning the journey into a fun experience despite the traffic and steep roads. Budva and Kotor are stunning, with beautiful mountains and picturesque landscapes. It was truly an amazing trip.

Our guide Toni was excellent, offering a lot of knowledge and great care. I'm very happy with the experience. Toni provided a lot of historical insight about Albania and Macedonia. I strongly recommend this trip. My 5-year-old daughter also enjoyed the trip. Thank you Albania Tour operator Sirma for your support. You are always available and responsive. Overall it was a great experience and an awesome memory.

The tour itinerary was amazing!!! However booking through TourRadar means you’re actually purchasing three separate tours in one package. Upon arrival in Athens, you’re greeted by a guide who provides vouchers for various tours, including a one-day Athens city tour, a four-day inland tour, and a day cruise. Our Athens experience was adjusted, cutting the initial two-day stay to one, with the cruise now scheduled after the inland tour which we didn’t know until we arrived. The hotels were excellent, and meals featured both Greek and Western options. December travel offered fewer crowds, colder weather and being winter some attractions were closed. The Athens city tour included stops like the Olympic Stadium however you had no time for photos at any of other landmarks on the bus tour. However stopping at the Acropolis Museum and Parthenon were highlights, with a fully guided Parthenon visit offering time for photos at the top. The four-day inland tour was unforgettable, with comfortable 4-star hotels, buffet meals, and a fantastic guide and driver. A few suggestions include adding a photo stop at the Rio-Antirion Bridge and reconsidering the restaurant in Mycenae. The group size increased on the last day (which we only found out on the day too) and that added some logistical delays which wasn’t great but overall the tour was beautiful and our guide Thomas was excellent!!

It was a nice trip overall. I travelled with my wife and 14 years old son. Everything run smoothly. Hotels were better than 4-star in some cities in Ankara and Pamukkale. Food was mediocre. The guide and driver were awesome! Thank you
