We were on a boat - Omega Kiss which had mosquitos on board which had access to our compartments. Interior paneling that allowed us to see in our neighbors compartment. Trash in bathroom not being picked up , need for pans and utensils in kitchen - our door knob kept falling off. The Captain could care less about providing a trip that we were comfortable with -He was In a hurry to get to the next port- only sailed for several hours even though we had fantastic opportunities to sail our last days. Would motor to our final ports without stopping to swim and have lunch just so he could get off the boat. Tour Radar attempted to add charges after our final contract and would not let us cancel what we knew was bound to be an awkward affair . Our departure price was reduced and Intrepid should honor their lowest price guarantee . Not a good experience at all - Intrepid promised the moon and didn't at all deliver. really regret having anything to do with trip - felt cheated and overcharged.
- by PeteOur trip was exceptional. Our guide Mario was great. Really enthusiastic, as was our driver Zuran. The itinerary was excellent, the riding challenging enough. Accommodation and food met or exceeded expectations. A wonderful way to see and get to know Croatia.

This was a combined trip/s from Berlin to Budapest and then Budapest to Spit so I had an experience with two different tour groups. The scenery and history is explained so well by our tour guide and learning more about the Serb/Bosnian war was invaluable. Auschwitch was cold, wet and raining and it depicted the conditions under which these people had to survive. Very moving day indeed for all. Budapest has such beautiful scenery and lovely icecream, cakes and chocolates! Spit is a walled city and I was there before the crowds which made it more comfortable for all.

We had some doubts about how this tour would operate. The tour operator is in China, and the tour is in Croatia. How could this possibly work? Very well, in fact. The tour operator was always very responsive to any questions I had. There is a local operator in Croatia who was both pro active, advising us of what and who was coming next, and responsive whenever I had questions. We were setup with a driver who was courteous and helpful. He knew quite a bit to tell us as we went along, but was not intrusive. The tour arranged excellent hotels, had very good and interesting suggestions for restaurants, and a fine itinerary. When bad weather meant that we missed our trip to Hvar and the Blue Cave, they were ready with a substitute. In short, this was a memorable tour. Expensive, but strongly recommended anyhow.
- by Alvin KingTour was very well organized. Drivers and guides were reliable and on time. I would have liked a higher grade hotels in some cities. Transportation between cities by private car was excellent.

Good intentions. Poor Execution. Great trip on paper and advertisement. They start the day around 9 AM and drive you in a mini bus till about 8 PM. No time for lunch. No time to actually relax and sight see. Not recommended for travelers who have traveled with other tour companies like Gate1 or Globus or Trafalgar. Balks&More made us walk with luggage over cobbled streets. Driver and Guide were both new to the terrain. They waste a lot of time picking up and dropping off people over different hotels. Other people have to wait in the bus. Because their advertisement is enticing, they will cover all the cities but then who wants to see a palace at 7:30 PM for example. Many items are skipped. You will spend a lot of time in minivan. They will switch days or itinerary at a moment's notice. Luggage is in a trailer covered with a tarp.
The anticipation over our trip to the Balkans was met with surprise and delight. Traveling from the Nicola Tesla Airport in Belgrade to our hotel was done in style with a delightful driver pointing out areas of interest with a minor history lesson. But the real treat was our tour guide for the balance of the trip starting the following day. Dejan was extremely knowledgeable and without bias answering all our questions. He also introduced us to several very good ethnic restaurants, told personal stories and absolutely made the trip. We traveled approximately 3500 miles (about 5632.7 km) with a small, homogeneous group of diverse people (7 in all). Our accommodations were great, the food was wonderful and the friends we made, made it all the more enjoyable.

The actual trip was great but I would have appreciated more scenery and nature stops rather than just mentions that we were passing them Also I didn’t appreciate our guide stating our driver was paid tip money because it was a premium trip but failed to mention she was also given tip money so all passengers tipped her according to the guidelines set out by Intrepid
- by joe michielsenI very much enjoyed seeing the beautiful Croatian coastline. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to have a real love for his country. My main criticism was that there were frequent incidents where things such as guides in the different areas were not included in the tour, so it felt like we were often paying for services that I would have thought would be part of the overall tour. I would have preferred to have paid more money up front than to have had the frequent requests for additional money.

Got to see many countries in a very short period of time but it didn't feel rushed. Europamundo is a very professional company and our tour guide is very knowledgeable and ensured all guests were well looked after. The accommodation they arranged were excellent and very comfortable. The coach/bus was very comfortable and plenty of space. I enjoyed meeting people from different countries. This was a very well organised tour and I will definitely travel with Europamundo again.
- by Miguel WuThe positive: (1) Most of the guides are well behaved, professional and very kind. (2) Tour coverage and variation are excellent within acceptable pace. The negatives: (1) Changing tour guide and group 4 times throughout the tour is frustrating. (2) Cancellation of overnight stay and included dinner at Kitzbuhel (which is our priority to join this tour) (3) Time allocated in some attraction or highlighted location is rather too short. Some precious times are wasted to spend at not so important places. (Time allocation priority should be arranged better) (4) Some hotels are very remote to mini market or places to eat, make it difficult for the evening or emergency need like medicines.

Excellent food and services.
- by Marta HoetgerFood was excellent at all times. Some excursions were better than others but majority of guides were great. At times, as in Vienna, docking was far and it made it difficult to get around.

I did the whole of Europe 4 week group tour and had an amazing time. The hostels were way better than I expected with comfy beds, lockers, charging points etc. There was always a bar so we always met new people. Did cooking once in one of them too. One had an actually brewery inside it with their own beer. The activities were really good. Best was the Prague medieval meal, the island trip in Venice and the wine tasting. Tour leader was lovely and meant I didn't have to think about anything stressful ? The group was really nice and just had a really amazing time. Looking to book one for next year too yay ?
This tour was everything I hoped it would be and more! Thanks to our tour guide, Shannon, everything ran smoothly, and all activities were well-organised and super fun. The hostels were clean and conveniently located. I met so many amazing people and had an overall unforgettable experience. Can't recommend it enough :))

Greg and Johann were an excellent team. Our tour was handled very professionally by both of them, Greg with his knowledge of Germany and their markets and Johann with his exemplary driving skills! They make a perfect team for your enjoyment. If you are seeking a well planned and executed tour along with humor and great conversation then I encourage you to join in!
- by Sonny SurkinGreg was amazing! His knowledge of every place we stopped was incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. It was everything I hoped it would be.
