This is honestly such a good beginner friendly tour, everything is handled for you and there is no stress at all. I honestly couldn't not recommend it enough, and have already booked onto another tour!

There are a lot of options available when looking for a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. I was looking for a reasonably small group (less than 12) and a good itinerary. I also then checked with reviews and trip advisor before selecting the Legend 12 day Vietnam and Cambodia tour. What a great choice! From the moment I booked I couldn't be happier with the level of contact and feedback from the group and Legend. They promptly answered any questions and guided me through the visa processes for the two countries. On arrival in Hanoi we were met by the first of our excellent guides and drivers. We had booked the 4 star hotel package and each hotel on the trip was excellent. Arrival day was a transfer to the hotel and a chance to meet Danny, our trip manager. He had an updated tour package pre-printed for us with all the details and his WhatsApp number so we could ask any questions during our trip. Danny never failed to respond on WhatsApp promptly and always provided excellent service. Hanoi is an interesting start into Vietnam. The streets of the old quarter are small, packed with people and traffic. The footpaths seem strictly reserved for motorbike parking so you end up walking on the road which is.... interesting. The tour of pagodas and temples was topped off with a visit to the Tomb of Ho Chi MInh himself, perfectly embalmed. There was plenty of free time after 4pm to walk the streets and find good restaurants. Our tour group comprised a tight 3 who completed the full12 day tour, 2 more who did all of Vietnam and 3 or 4 who aligned in various locations so no more than 8 in total at any time. We formed good friendships and appreciated the smaller tour vans and more personalized service we got. You get a more personal experience with the guide and more opportunity to interact. I was actually very impressed how well Legend organizes the many tours it runs to overlap, mix and mingle, and then go their separate ways along the whole of the 12 days. The trip from Hanoi to Halong Bay covers rice paddy field land and some interesting countryside. The damage from the recent typhoon evident everywhere with almost all trees extensively damaged and missing roofs on industrial buildings. Our boat was changed as there was a lot of damaged and sunken boats in Halong Bay marina. I counted 10 sunken boats just in our area. The new boat was excellent, really nice cabins and a great crew. The weather was not so good but did not deter our enjoyment. A real highlight is a visit to the caves, I was not expecting this and even if I had been told about them, they still would exceed expectations. Next a return van to Hanoi to pick up our bags and off to the airport for the flight to Hoi An. Both my wife and I really enjoyed Hoi An. It has a slower, quieter (and much cleaner) feel to it than Hanoi and our hotel (Lantana Riverside) was the best hotel we stayed in, with great staff, and excellent pool and a restaurant next to the river we ate at three times. A market tour the next day was fascinating and we liked the fact you could safely walk on footpaths. You see some interesting older buildings and have time for coffee and relaxing. Gave a good idea on what to visit in our free time. The tour to My Son outside Hoi An to 10th century temples was excellent, again something I was not expecting. The next day was almost an entire free day which we really appreciated. We visited the beach and enjoyed iced coffee and a swim. Nice to recharge before Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC). HCMC is even busier than Hanoi but we spent most of our days out of it. The Cu Chi tunnels are interesting as is the chance to fire an AK46 or M16 machine gun. The Mekong Delta boat trip was OK. It showed us how industrious the locals are in finding ways to make some money through their own hard work and limited resources, and everyone was so nice you didn't feel the pressure or hustle you get in places like Egypt. The side visit to the temple with 4 separate Buddhas was really good. Then off to Siem Reap in Cambodia for the main highlight, Angkor Wat. We had an early morning pickup (5am) from HCMC and arrived into the nearly deserted Siem Reap airport in Cambodia at 9am. Too early to check into a hotel so off to Banteay Srei, probably the most lavishly detailed of the many temples we were about to see. the carving into sandstone is unbelievable, and the fact it has lasted 1000 years just adds to the experience. The airport is new and 1 hour from Seim Reap which doesn't make any sense as you drive along endless empty flat land to get there. Making the trip to Bateay Srei makes the trip back to the hotel more enjoyable. We stopped for lunch but were served western food (fish and chips or pork chops and mashed potato), not sure why they thought we wanted anything other than Cambodian food, The next day was a visit to 6 temples starting with Angkor Wat itself. Having been right through Egypt, and Petra in Jordan amongst many other amazing historical sites I wasn't expecting to be blown away as much as I was. This really is one of the bucket list places to visit. Stunning!. It actually reinforced how little I knew about Asian culture and history. Angkor Wat was the largest city on earth in the 10th century with 1.1M people. There are just so many amazing temples, but be prepared for climbing some steep steps if you want to visit the upper parts. The final temple of the day was the 'Tomb Raider' site Ta Prohm Temple. It really shows you what condition the temples had fallen into before the massive reconstructions carried out by the French, German and mainly Indian Governments. I really couldn't fault Legen anywhere, a great trip, great guides, faultless planning and excellent hotels. Don't hesitate to book with them. Special shout out to Danny who couldn't have been more helpful.

I wish some time was given to shop with the locals on the tours. I also wished a group tour should have been included in Thailand

I haven't been on a trip in quite a while, and this was truly a wonderful experience. It was amazing to see the magnificent temples and pagodas in Cambodia and Thailand. The breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay and Tam Coc also left a lasting impression on me. But what I remember most is the experience of cooking with Mrs. Chin in Moc Village Ba Vi. The warmth and friendliness of the people here made me feel at home.

Everything was fantastic!, and communication with my rep Thang was amazing! Nothing was to much trouble and felt at ease at every change of destination :-)

I really enjoyed this tour. We were a small group so it was easy to get to know people. The tour is very full on with a varied itinerary. The guides were friendly & helpful. The hotels were of a good standard & location, except the hotel in Siem Reap which was too far out from the centre.

Hi I found this tour overall as a very good experience to see Cambodia. Our tour guides Chenda and Virak were very approachable and knowledgeable about the country.

i did not receive a welcome package of sorts and if i had not asked what hotel to meet at i would have really felt alone. I was not added to the whatsapp group until i was in country and would have liked to know the meeting point atleast before arrival. i never got an itinerary and the one on the website was not followed. i would have liked the option to have own room through the whole tour. I ended up having a great time but this is definitely for those who like to party more then learn about the country. Still a great tour just unexpected with the party aspect. The floating village is on the tour but not included. Overall great tour, great guide.

Hul was very enthusiastic and very welcoming, he took time with each guest and made them feel comfortable. The best days were Arcadia waterpark and mad monkey beach hotel, however I feel the pepper tour could have been optional, I am a very active person and enjoy hiking and being outdoors if there were more of these options it would be 10/10, however this is a reflection on the tour not the guide, I can’t fault Hul for his efforts during the trip. Accommodation and transport were fantastic!

I had a different guide in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia which made sense because they hire locals. The groups were quite small and the accommodation was better than I was expecting. All the guides were super helpful. I wish more activities and food were included in the cost of the tour however these countries were relatively cheap if you played your cards right. Would recommend if you want to get a good idea of these countries so you can go back! It’s best to pack clothes that are light weight but appropriate for temples as you will visit A LOT of temples. Bring a bag you are comfortable carrying on your back as this is needed at times and be open to what the group want to do! Had a blast feeding elephants, visiting the white temple, eating as many Bahn Mi’s as possible, crossing the Mekong River and seeing the sun rise over Angkor Wat.

This was an excellent trip starting in the capital and ending with the jewel in the crown Siem Reap. The cycling was fabulous - good bikes, no big gradients, nice pathways, the kayaking was great fun and the hike was hot but ok. Loved siem Reap temples, would spend longer at the end there

My experience with Bravo Asia Tours on 13 days, China tour was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The entire trip was well organised and each distination exceeded our expectations.

It was well-organised. All the tour guide I met were very professional, patient and hard-worker. Thanks to them, I have a better understanding about Vietnamese and Cambodian culture. At school where I'm from, they don't teach us what happened in the past when it comes Indochina war. For this reason, travelling is essential to me in order to educate myself not only by watching documentaries but also getting out of my comfort zone. Depiste the typhoon, wonderscape travel didn't hesitate to propose to me other activity in effective way. Everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay even though it was short. I will let my family and friends to visit Vietnam, Cambodia as well as Laos in the future. Apart from that, I am so grateful for being in Asia and know other culture than mine. I can tell, these 2 countries are safe for female black traveller. PS: It's too bad I stayed only 2 days in Cambodia.

Tour was okay, but alot of time spent on internal flights, so not much Sightseeing. Ha Long bay cruise was very poor as it was not a cruise but sitting dormant for 2 days in the bay. All the guests on board were disgusted with the poor quality of the cruise!

We have a fabulous tour in Cambodia with very knowledgeable and helpful guide and drive All are very well organized. hotel room clean and comfortable, transportation is good aircon, foods is delicious Total point is 10+

Where do we start? What an amazing time we had. The Siem Reaper team were fantastic. The communication from them beforehand was excellent. The mountain bikes were appropriate for the task. The support team were really outstanding. Not only did we have two guides, one leading and the other at the end of our group, but we also had a dedicated photographer with us taking hundreds of photos and also some drone footage. The support vehicle team were also brilliant, they had scheduled refreshment stops where they greeted us with much welcomed ice cold towelettes, drinks and fruit. Hotter than we had anticipated but better when moving on the bikes. Generally flat terrain but surfaces ranging from smooth tarmac roads to sandy narrow tracks. Breathtaking scenery in both countries with the addition of the temples in Cambodia. Local people welcoming and generous and several stops to see local crafts/businesses. Great food experiences - tarantulas optional! All in all a fantastic trip which exceeded our expectations. Would thoroughly recommend Siem Reapers as a tour company. Thank you all!

Was delivered as described. Both our guides from Phnom Penh and Sein Reap were excellent, very well informed, knowledgable and courteous. The hotels were comfortable and driver plus cars were very comfortable. All were punctual and made our 5 day vacation very enjoyable. The sights and activities were excellent. Overall I would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to get a taste of Cambodia.

The Cambodia trip was both enjoyable and educational. Wendy had excellent customer service, responsible and patient, always listen to what I wanted. She arranged some amazing places for me to stay. I loved Tara Angkor hotel, fantastic with an excellent location, near pub street and the old market. Everything worked out extremely well. Thank you all!
