One of the best tours I've ever been on! Transportation and logistics were all taken care of which allowed me to throughly enjoy the trip.
- by Randy CamassoThis tour was excellent. We were met at the airport and brought to the hotel in Quito without any problems. The real adventure started the next day when we landed in the Galapagos and met our tour guide, Sandra Masaqui. She was the reason our adventure was so successful. She took care of us at all times with her knowledge, her guidance, her suggestions for meals and correct clothing for different events; her empathy, her help if we needed it and her company. We couldn't have asked for a better guide to make our trip as special as it was.

The tour exceeded our expectations. The activities were great, the accommodations were excellent, the food was fantastic, and the Grande Daphne's staff went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional.
- by CHARLES SMITHThe tour with Intrepid was very good. We visited lots of places and the guides were great as well.

Overall good, the guide was sweet but lacked passion and enthusiasm, very soft spoken
- by Kathleen (MJ) KovarikThe tour group was only 6 and we got on well. A great start. Saw almost everything we wanted to, including a group of Orcas on our personal boat going from Floreana to Isabell. Great snorkelling. So 6 people plus one experienced guide going around the Islands and staying on land every night - compared to being on the same boat with a 100 other people. No contest.

Flexible and very helpful in last minute changes when we had to postpone the trip. Everything was organised smoothly during the tour, with knowledgeable local guides at every location.
- by Stefan TaalMy husband and I booked this trip to celebrate our anniversary and we had such an amazing time! Diego, our travel coordinator was very friendly and helpful, always keeping us on track and there to answer any questions we had. The Ilatoa Lodge is a hidden gem. Marcello and family were so welcoming and kind, and happy to help coordinate anything we needed. Enjoy your morning coffee enjoying the magical landscape and beautiful humming birds that frequent the garden. Bring a lot of cash with you. Almost everywhere in Santa Cruz takes credit cards, but vendors will typically upcharge for usage. When you get to Isabela - everywhere is CASH ONLY - we could not find a single place that took cards. There are ATMs, but they are not reliable so don't depend on being able to use them. Make sure you bring more sunscreen than you think you will need. You can buy more at any of the pharmacies once you get to the Galapagos, but it will be much more expensive so come prepared. Hats and sunglasses are a must. I also highly recommend a wetsuit or a rash guard shirt for snorkeling as the water can be chilly! Wet suits can typically be rented on town. Some other helpful tip: - On Day 2 (when you arrive to the Galapagos) - if you get the chance to drop your bags off at the hotel prior to going to the Darwin Center - DO IT. You will have to walk about a mile each way, so you don't want anything heavy with you. - Eat at the Santa Cruz Brewery and 1835 on Santa Cruz. The food was amazing. - For the beach day -- the hike to the beach is a HIKE. It is about 45 mins over an uneven so wear comfortable shoes. cobblestone path

Initial support team was fantastic. The local company and their guide Paul was one of the best I've ever traveled with. I only gave 4 stars because there was some confusion about single or double accommodations, which ended up costing an unexpected $100. Newer company, so I think there are still some things that need to be worked out.
- by GretchenExceptional outdoor adventure itinerary with a very attentive and knowledgeable local guide. High standard accommodations and comfortable group van transportation. If you crave authentic outdoor adventure and challenges - this is your trip!

We had a number of different guides but it was very well organized and everyone was on time. It seemed like the schedule changed several times and there was at times a number of activities in one day. We walked uphill in the morning and then snorkeling and more walking in the afternoon. Would have liked to have had things stretched out a bit more. You can of course opt out of activities. Navigating to the hotels is no problem from anywhere in town. The first hotel was a very nice facility but the street light was at the height of the room and could keep you awake. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful. The second hotel was a bit worn. The staff did not speak English,
- by Diane Van BoxelGreat tour. We saw everything from waterfalls to the Amazon basin to the highest point on earth. The tour is flexible with some free time so you can do class 4 white water rafting or a day at the spa. Everything was very well organized and went very smoothly thanks to our excellent tour guide, Raphael Arevalo. He was extremely knowledgeable about history, nature and culture. He answered all questions some before you knew to ask. The hotel accommodations were almost all higher class. The Hacienda Anadalusia was one stand out. It was the nicest room I have ever had. The property is beautiful with gardens, llamas and rabbits you can feed. I highly recomend this trip.

The wildlife in all venues (esp humming birds, orcas, giant tortoises, iguanas); Quito old town; free time to explore on our own; Quechua family visit; atmosphere in Otavalo esp bumping into the Christmas carnival unexpectedly.
- by HazelAlmost too many to list! It felt like two holidays with machu Piccu followed by the Galapagos .. For Peru it was - The sacred valley and the trip to Machu Piccu itself - The food throughout was excellent - Cusco was a fabulous city - and the people lovely For The Galapagos - Snorkelling - the turtles, penguins and sea lions who joined you - The animals - tortoises, pelicans, iguanas and birds galore - Final highlight was seeing a pod of over 100 dolphins playing around our boat.

- by William WatsonThis tour exceeded my expectations. We were shown some truly amazing locations in Ecuador. Our guide (Franklin Vinansaca ) was informative and always generous with his time. He had a genuine affection for this country that infected everyone on this tour. So many "WOW" moments in such a short period of time!

My first time in South America traveling alone, I was lost between all the different options for the tours online. I came on UnuRaymi’s website by accident and wrote to them on WhatsApp. They were incredibly responsive and took the time to structure the perfect tour for me. Starting at Lima, all the way to Cusco, the rainbow mountain, the amazon jungle and Machu Picchu, I felt very well taken care of and I would recommend them to anyone trying to travel to Peru !

Excellent itinerary featuring the everyday Ecuador and not tourist spots. A fantastic guide, amazing accommodation and cultural experiences. A very expensive tour but worth every cent. Galapagos was the only disappointment.

I did receive my updated itinerary until day 3 after following the original one, being confused and having to message the operator multiple times. When I did reach out to the operator upset on day 2, she was unkind and blamed me. This was a poor way to handle a solo female traveler in a foreign country. On day 3, she sent me an itinerary that was consistent and things went okay from there. She also misspelt my name on EVERY document so every tour guide and sign with my name on it was wrong for 10 days which I found annoying.

Had a great time. Tours were a lot of fun.
- by Edward PavlisinGreat insight. Alejandro, our guide, was brilliant and took us on a comprehensive 8 days tour. We packed a lot in: traveling by his private car, too. We highly recommend the tour and learnt a huge amount about Ecuador history. First rate!
