Mongolia is a lot different from what we have seen on the internet; its BETTER! There are beautiful national parks and landscapes that are surreal. Our guide, Miss Deema and our driver Eric took us to some the most breathtaking scenery one could imagine. Great photo opportunities abound! Both Hustai and Terelj national parks were different in their own way with unique geography and wildlife. Accommodation in the yurts (gers) was warm and comfortable and is highly recommended. As was the Bactrian camel ride! And the introduction to throat singing. Deema's knowledge of the country, its people, and its history was outstanding. As was Eric's driving skills. Both much appreciated. Overall this trip is a GREAT introduction to this great country and it's unique culture and people.

Great and unforgettable Mongolia trips! It was exciting to stay overnight in Ger camps. Seeking for wild horses on the vast grassland and hearing interesting horse’s stories at a small museum. Truely impressive experiences. Great appreciation to our guide for her attentive service and fascinating explanations!

Trip was geared towards older participants so felt like we were moving slowly at times.

Ksenia Lvova is a very professional guide who was very happy to maintain our safety, helped with everething we need and very patient with everyone. She is a very talented younglady with the skills of a leader. Ksenia has gave us the oportunity to have a relaxed and fantastic holiday. Ksenia could not be better, she was just perfect. I enjoyed every minute of her company and the trip.

Excellent itinerary excellent tour guide and great people’s

great tour overall, wonderful guide and group, exceeded my already high expectations. BUT lots of driving involved(with lots of beautiful breaks inbetween). and if you are expecting dozens of things to do besides being in nature and hanging around with your group you should probably consider a different kind of trip.

It was a wonderful trip. The family I lived with were extremely kind. Sharing their way of life was very interesting. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful. It was a wonderful adventure. The highlight of my trip was my guide. He was always available and extremely helpful. He also ensured my safety and comfort throughout the trip. Many thanks to my guide Amra.

Travelling trough Mongoila was one of the most beautiful experiences. The organization of the tour was very professional. Already before it got started the touroperator took very well care of all of our needs. Our tourguide did an excellent job, giving us an authentic fascinating insight of the country. A hudge thank you to TTR Mongolia for this wonderful experience.

Having to spend 4 hours with local herders when the bus was stuck! The vast open landscape. The monasteries. The experience of staying in ger camps. The cohesiveness of the group and tour leaders.

The visit to the Gobi Desert and Jalman Meadows

Oh boy did I pick the wrong time to come to Mongolia lol, but as a Canadian I was okay with the cold. But Ink and the driver both made me feel comfortable and completely safe. The tour was great, and they even helped me add a side trip to see the Genghis Khan statue, thank you so much!

Tour is great!! Especially guides are so nice people. They introduced lots of things and very care for me always. First day was almost only moved by car. So If you want to came Gobi, you should take a minimum 5 days tour. Additionally, before I thought could came for my self, but actually ir impossible. Should take tour because No public buses and always off road, Moreover there is no town, Should find gel hotels.

The tour was incredible, the sites visited were amazing. The Tour guides demonstrated professionalism and knowledge.

The process until reaching the moment we arrived in Mongolia was long. It felt strange to pay it all in advance without having any assurances that this was not a scam. Also it was strange to pay it all so long in advance. It would have sufficed to ensure a deposit on a credit card and pay another 30% just before departure and the final 30% upon meeting the staff. The credit card would have guaranteed everyone a surety. This is the main reason, I will not use Tourradar again. We should have asked for a detailed programme and a detailed list of the amenities at each stay. We should have asked for approximate timings of each day. Now, all this is minor and could be resolved but we were taken aback by the lack of (bearable) WC and shower, still we saw it as an adventure. Others that would have booked this tour could have been shocked. We were pleasantly surprised by the ingenuity and plasticity of the involved people when our initial car was unusable, the swiftness they fixed a replacement and the ease they organized a new car the day after. Our tour was not at all impacted. This is a strength! The rest was impeccable. I would book the same mongolian guys again but not through tourradar. the payment issue has really put me off.

That was an extraordinary trip with Discover Altai Team. The Altai region is so beautiful, the nomadic families were very welcomed. I can't recommend enough the team and trip organization. My personal tips are: pack enough warm clothes, the night gets cold in tent. We had an amazing experience in this region and definitely recommend for everyone!!!

The trip was absolutely amazing. From the pristine mountains and valleys, the excellent food and Daurens expertise and knowledge of the area, the trip couldn't have been run better. If you're planning a trip to Mongolia the Altai Mountains are a must see as they are just so beautiful and all the local nomads are incredibly friendly and helpful. Dauren was a fantastic guide who seemed to know everything about the area and answered any questions we asked. He also knew a lot of the nomads personally and they would often stop to chat with him and invite us all for some food or drinks. He was also quick to adapt to things like illness in the group by arranging horses or a local ger for the person to rest in. Overall I'd strongly recommend the Altai Mountains to anyone who enjoys beautiful hikes and I don't think you could get a better guide than Dauren.

From the moment I arrived at the airport in Mongolia, I had no idea what the itinerary of the trip was or what I was going to be doing on any given day. I was immediately given an updated itinerary that was completely different from the one I viewed online when I initially purchased this trip. However, this was not followed either. We covered some of the sights on different days, while others were completely omitted. A flight to the Gobi Desert was also removed from our schedule, and instead replaced with a multi-day marathon car ride during which we saw nothing of interest, and which felt like out guide was merely trying to "kill time". Additionally, our guide definitely "played favorites" with our group, always riding in the same vehicle and giving explanations to the same four passengers, while ignoring the travelers in the other cars who had non-English speaking drivers. Furthermore, the guide would frequently insult and bad-mouth some of the travelers to the others, for what he perceived as slights to his authority. For example, I overheard him saying that several of us were disrespectful when we didn't hear that we needed to fasten out seatbelts while riding the bus. In general his demeanor, was rude, insulting and condescending. I will not be traveling with Exodus again. The only reason I didn't rate this trip as "Bad" was that we did attend the Eagle Festival which was great. I highly recommend going, just with a different tour operator.

11 amazing crew for 12 travellers. Overall excellent. I did not expect the nights to be so cold. I should have brought one heating gel pad. Exodus rates it as a 4/10 physical level. I would rate it 6.
