Get to see a lot of historic buildings. (Churches and palaces galore)

Not what I expected. To much rush and walking was unbearable

Patricia was an excellent tour guide. Provided lot of information and taught us a little bit about Holland. I liked the cities selected on the tour. I hope to return someday and spend more time in these cities. Hotels were lovely, especially the Fletcher Hotel in Arnhem. Food was okay but the Dutch cuisine is mostly fried food and that got tiresome.

We had a wonderful time on this trip! So much to see in 3 weeks. Our tour guide Bernie McCarthy was EXCELLANT! As well as our bus driver Donalto. Bernie was so informative with history facts about the areas we were travelling through. I couldn’t write fast enough in my book! The hotels, meals, local tour guides were way beyond than what we expected. So organized, efficient and overall perfect. We are already planning our next Trafalgar trip!

Jacqui was inspirational and well-organized. Her energy was infectious and carried us through the packed tour schedule. She has a wealth of helpful information. We liked her history and geography "lessons," the vocabulary list in local languages, and the theme songs and movies she played on the bus. Overall, it was a well-organized tour, although it was a bit long and tiring.

The crew of the boat were great, the cabins small but adequate. Our tour guide took us through beautiful parts of Belgium and the Netherlands but I was extremely disappointed that one day the guide hyped up the museum in Antwerp but stalled so much on the bike ride we didn’t have time to see the museum. Overall a great experience.

I would not recommend Fenniks. We had to ride in a row like little ducklings behind a 70 year old guide. The food provided was not very good. To bring our own bottle of wine on board, we were charged $10.

It was a nice trip .Thank you for this tour, especially to tour owner Maher, who did take care all smal details of the tour. I would suggest to add Antwerpen to this tour, because the city has very significant historical and cultural meaning as well as beautiful for itself.

Our overall experience was GOOD

Extremely relaxing and fantastic journey. Best food on board and fine wines. You feel like you have a personal person looking after you. Would do it again. The only negative was , we spent too much time on the bus during the trips

The route was good but not enough time in each city to go to the attractions. We struggled with navigation at times. Suggest the person who greets you at handover goes through the app process if you are a first timer.

We had a fabulous time on our Bike and Barge tour. The ship was lovely the tour guide and staff excellent. Would highly recommend.

It’s not a novice bike tour without an ebike. But the guides were terrific.

Very nice trip, the ship, the crew and the food all top and highly recommended.

Clean boat, staff efficient, abundant food, but where were the ten destinations

Disappointed that the company contracted to provide the tours, Europamundo could not provide a consistent tour experience. First, they failed to pick us up at the airport. then, each day we had a new tour guide, a new local guide, a new bus, and new tour members. There was constant confusion about who was going where. Clearly , they were operating several different tours at once. One tour guide was surprised to find us on her bus and seemed to think we were going to Zurich. In addition, the tour of Brussels was taken off the itinerary at the last minute with no explanation. We saw most of what we wanted to see, but we would never use Europamundo again.

WORST TOUR COMPANY. Canceled my prepaid tour and lied to me, tour was NOT canceled. Offered me knockoff alternative in shabby dirty hotel - had repeated asthma attacks due to pets allowed in dirty hotel. Bus had no AC and it was sweltering. I could not breathe. STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGES ADDRESSING MY ISSUES. BEWARE, EVERYONE ON TOUR WAS UPSET, no one got a response

1st time cruiser of any sort and can't wait to do a second! Our Amadeus Star Rhine River Cruise was incredible. The boat was like a 4 star hotel in every way. White linen service for every meal. The suite was spectacular - and the showers amazing:) The staff was polite and generous. The views were breathtaking. What was most surprising was that it seemed like we had the river to ourselves and had it not been for the need to slow down for locks and docking we would have never known we were on a ship. Another pleasant surprise was the ability to do your own thing. We didn't feel like we had to be somewhere or do something because we were part of a group. Often times we choose to take the bikes (both standard and ebikes - the electric assist was a godsend for the ride through the Rhine's vertical vineyards.) to go exploring on our own. But in a few cases - we choose to do the arranged tours which brought us to sites which would have been a bit more inaccessible (and we would have missed seeing) or see the sites in a bigger city like Cologne in a short amount of time. The cruise director was so accommodating -we were able to signup (and in one case cancel) once on board which I was concerned about because we had booked the trip last minute. The audio assist headsets were great to hear the guide without having to crowd around a person to hear. In port - I was able to eyeball several competitors ships and thought that the Amadeus Star's suites, dining areas and brightwork above deck was superior to its competitors. Our suite was bright and airy with large with expansive windows, a sliding glass door and a small balcony . A walk-in closet, coffee/refrigerator nook and seating area to take in the sunshine and sites made this a very unexpected pleasure - as I had heard about the small quarters on cruise ships that made me leery about sailing. Another pleasant surprise was the diversity of the guests. We shared our adventure with a group from Japan, another from Germany, and of course - the Canadians (who lived up to their reputation of friendliness and "adopted" those of us who were traveling solo - including someone from Austrailia) The ages ranged from about 40 to sprite 90 year olds - although the majority were in our age group (60s) I highly recommend this cruise and the Amadeus ships!
