Not what I expected. To much rush and walking was unbearable

Patricia was an excellent tour guide. Provided lot of information and taught us a little bit about Holland. I liked the cities selected on the tour. I hope to return someday and spend more time in these cities. Hotels were lovely, especially the Fletcher Hotel in Arnhem. Food was okay but the Dutch cuisine is mostly fried food and that got tiresome.

My 16 day tour with Europa Mundo Guides, drivers and hotels was great! I admire you all and guides have inspired me to learn another language and more history. I am very thankful for to this company.

This tour was beyond what I could have imagined. While it is a very fast paced tour, you get to see many things and try a variety of activities and food in so many different cities and countries. I specifically enjoyed the different cruises and guided tours through the cities. The tour guides are so helpful and fun and guide you through the cities, recommending affordable places to eat and shop, the best food and souvenirs of each city, and answering general questions.

I had the pleasure of taking this tour in Winter 2025 while staying in Brussels, and it exceeded my expectations! The itinerary was perfectly designed, allowing us to visit many incredible sites in a short time without feeling rushed. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, and the tour team was exceptional—professional, approachable, and always readily available to assist. It was a seamless and memorable journey.

Airport pick up good, hotel at Brussels close to city centre and have good breakfast, Barcelona City Tour not good due to weather, Ghent and Bruges tour too tiring and have long walk, Luxembourg tour and Dinant is good, Amsterdam tour not good as they just drop us off at bus stop and then we figure things out on our own, airport drop off ok

This trip on Feniks was fabulous! The bike rides were thoughtfully planned, our guide was informative and interesting, the food was wonderful and the crew were friendly & hospitable. I highly recommend this tour.

The crew of the boat were great, the cabins small but adequate. Our tour guide took us through beautiful parts of Belgium and the Netherlands but I was extremely disappointed that one day the guide hyped up the museum in Antwerp but stalled so much on the bike ride we didn’t have time to see the museum. Overall a great experience.

The New Year in Holland and the Romantic Rhine (port to port) was a lovely cruise. My husband and I were very happy with the staff, the cruise itself and the places we visited. It was relaxing and informative. The food was wonderful and varied and well presented. We did not have to do anything, the staff greeted us on arrival and took our bags to the cabin, and took our bags to the taxi on departure. We had a great time.

Our overall experience was GOOD

The route was good but not enough time in each city to go to the attractions. We struggled with navigation at times. Suggest the person who greets you at handover goes through the app process if you are a first timer.

We had a fabulous time on our Bike and Barge tour. The ship was lovely the tour guide and staff excellent. Would highly recommend.

It’s not a novice bike tour without an ebike. But the guides were terrific.

My King's Day experience with Yes-Trips in Amsterdam was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the entire celebration was flawlessly organized, making it one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The highlight for me was definitely the cruise party along Amsterdam's main canal. Dancing to great music while cruising past the city's iconic landmarks was an experience I'll never forget. Plus, the vibrant orange sea of people in the streets added to the festive atmosphere, making it a celebration unlike any other. Overall, I can't recommend Yes-Trips enough for anyone looking to experience King's Day in Amsterdam. Their attention to detail, friendly staff, and dedication to ensuring everyone has a fantastic time truly sets them apart. If you're thinking about joining the celebration next year, don't hesitate to book with Yes-Trips – you won't regret it!

Do not trust Scenic Do to the river being flooded Scenic gave us two options 1 leave the Cruise and receive a refund or sta onboard and Scenic would run an alternative Cruise we were informed by the Cruise Director that this would constitute a major deviation and we would receive compensation based on our Cabin. We asked to leave early they did not fulfill this request and they are also saying that the information provided by the Cruise Director was incorrect and they are only compensating for a minor deviation which leaves the passengers who stayed on board in good faith out of pocket. It feels like the boat full of passengers was lied to so they would not have to refund us. I would not trust this company and their customer service is subpar. I would say the they are a 1 star cruise at a 5star price. I recommend using a different company.

Overall Good. Staff service was generally excellent. F&B was good. Excursions could be improved.
