I don’t think we could have asked for a better tour leader than Kyle to navigate us through not one, but two typhoons. Despite the surprise typhoons Kyle kept the vibes positive with his karaoke, dancing and personality. Where some activities were cancelled by the coastguard, Kyle arranged alternatives so that we were still able to have a great time as a group. I used this as the beginning of my philippines travel, meaning I was able to carry on exploring with friends I made from the group. Kyle’s travel knowledge was also incredible meaning that he was giving advice for destinations past the end of our Intro tour. We also had Alex join our tour as a leader and he was a fantastic addition to our tour group. His friendly and positive attitude meant that he was always checking in and ensuring the group was having a good time! The trip itself removes all the stress of making decision while travelling, letting you just enjoy the experience and make lots of friends with others on the tour. I would recommend this tour to others, and I look forward to booking another tour with Intro!

Fantastic tour! Really an amazing experience... Everything was well organised and the food was delicious. Wish I could give Kyle (and Alex) 6 stars because they did an amazing job!!

This is basically a travel agent putting together an itinerary for private travel. No group. No guide. The provider did an excellent job with transportation, but I honestly just didn't love any of the locations. It's been my least favorite trip in Asia.

Great and beautiful hotels. Was designed to be a relaxing, mostly beach resort vacation and tour and filled the bill. There were 5 hotels, 3 plane trips, 1 boat ferry and many pickups planned along the way. This was my first trip to the Philippines and the assortment of activities led to many interactions with Philippine people - this was desired and enjoyable. The Philippine people seemed happy, hard working, and expert at hospitality. I was the only traveler on this 9 day tour but had sufficient time to establish my own rhythm on this trip

The selection of activities and accomawas excellent. I think the underwater river was my favourite, although the rest and right up there too.

Too much time driving and no direct flight option from manila to el nido. The tour guides are unable to provide information about el nido. The guide from puerto princesa was ok.

Ronnie, our guide, was absolutely fantastic. Always available and attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond to ensure that the group felt comfortable and his attention to detail was next to none and even by going that extra mile to ensue we tasted the local delicacies. Would highly recommend this tour and hopefully you will have the extra perk of having Ronnie as your guide. Some parts of the itinerary had to be changed but the back-up plan suited everyone and was very enjoyable.

A nice week to discover Palawan, as said in other comment it is not a private tour but a connection to various excursion, too bad that the underground river was canceled because of bad weather but overall Moya is always present to help us, I would return one day to Palawan Good week of discovery and full of Good meeting

This has been the best experience of my life! I am very grateful, since my arrival in Manila I had the support and assistance of Moya who was absolutely diligent, and attentive to all my requirements! The hotels were all fabulous, the breakfasts delicious, the lunch tours excellent; it was an amazing way to eat traditional Pinoys dishes! I must say that my visit coincided with 3 typhoons which made things a bit complicated, however Moya was there and supported me in everything; so I would recommend to be careful with packages in typhoon season, especially if like me, you have very restricted dates! My flight back to Manila was cancelled and the airline gave me a replacement for three days later! However Moya and her TourRadar team got me a ticket for the next day and I was able to fly, plus they contacted me for transportation at all times! I really have no complaints but thanks! One thing I must say is that I thought I would join a group but the truth is that it was just one trip, which I enjoyed divinely and in which I met wonderful people and discovered unsurpassable landscapes!

The guide deserves a 10.

The trip was well worth it. All of the sights were beautiful and worth the long bus trips to and from Sagada and Banaue. It was a small group tour was only two couples. Fred was great as a tour guide. The Kamayan feast was very memorable and tasty at Bangaan on the last day. One of the best tours we’ve ever been on. Would definitely recommend it.

This itinerary was excellent it provided a good variety of tours covering culture, sightseeing, wildlife and adventure and provided an excellent insight into Filipino life. The standard of accomodation was comfortable, our rooms were all clean and air conditioned. We did have a slight hiccup with cyclone kristine passing through, but our tour agent Chloe managed to reschedule all of our tours so that we didn't miss out on anything ! I would highly recommend this tour.
