Croatian Islands Tour Companies

The Croatia Sail tour with Intro was incredible. From the people to the boat, the locations to the food. It was amazing to sail round Croatia and see all the different towns and islands and try explore the local area. Steph, our leader, is a really positive and organised person - while on the trip we had to change our itinerary due to bad weather but we never felt the effects of this as everything was organised for us! I can’t recommend this tour enough and it’s perfect if you’re looking for a trip that has a good balance of chill time and activities.

My second tour with Intro Travel with more to come! I was instantly in love with Croatia and this tour gives you a comprehensive look of the Croatian coastline and islands. Excellent ship, crew and food and as always the tour involves more than can be mentioned in the itinerary and the group leaders always go above and beyond - shout out to Steph!

Blancha and Danjela our guides went above and beyond to make sure we were all okay. The character and strength of these two women was inspiring. The locations and excursions were exceptional, it is unbelievable how many places we visited in such a short time.

Oh my goodness! This tour was the absolute best!!! We loved every minute of it, and the group that we were with, just amazing. We all got along so well - what a fun group! The places that we saw were absolute stunning. The hiking, the walking tours, the history, the scenery, the architecture, the free time, the island hopping, my goodness, it was ALL so incredible! Our tour guide Blanca, was fantastic. I already recommended this tour to some friends and they booked for end of October! The only downside to this trip was the travel hours between buses and planes going home. We lost a good day and a half with it, after getting up really early to make a 6am flight back. I am still dealing with jet lag, but I am also still on a high from the best trip I've ever been on. I give it 5 stars for sure!!! Thank you!! Lee

The tour was amazing! I had zero expectations, and I felt to be a poor contributor to what I wanted to see. That didn’t stop Marija, Josip & Bernarda. They provided incredible history, touched the highlights of each city and were enthusiastic, informative & kind! They adjusted the times to what I needed (jet lag!) and had a good pace throughout. Josip was a great driver, had good music and excellent stops for meals, coffee. He was a great travel “buddy” to have along. I didn’t feel like I was being guided, but felt that I was someone he was showing around like he would a friend.

This is a great tour to see the main highlights of Croatia.

Good tour for solo travellers looking to travel with a group, accommodation and itinerary is planned for you with plenty of free days to explore the sights! Would definitely recommend

Returned from a fabulous Croatian sailing holiday. The beautiful stops, the Chef/Host , onboard food, the skipper, and the experience was unmatched. As a solo traveler i had a spectacular time meeting new friends and participating with the yoga sessions. Though the amount of winds are not controllable, I would have like a bit more sailing vs motoring. Either way, I highly recommend this excursion and MedSailing !

had a week with them in croatia and was great. Geoff was really attentive and helped us with all our needs. The boat was clean and nicely maintained, everything worked flawlessly.

Most of the trip was good. We had a problem when the first hotel was changed and we were given bunk beds, but a text to Palma fixed that. .

Tour was very good and well organized. My friend and I enjoyed the sites, transfers were timely and tour guides were very good. We would have liked to have a more detailed itinerary in advance instead of having to ask the agency for some last minute.details. Glad that the agency was able to accommodate our request for our last transfer.

Absolutely awesome. The guides the food the rides the deck staff the company …. The could not fault the people hole experience from the moment we arrived in Tragir to our arrival back there eight days later!!!! LOVED it!!!😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 Did get a bit of mis- information from UTracks though that made us bring unnecessary things and be slightly unprepared for other aspects. 😔

Meh. Nothing deluxe about this trip. Food was only average despite being hyped as special by a recommended chef. Turns out the chef works at a restaurant owned by the boat owner. No wine pairings, only small individual bottles of average wine. The 2 guides were adequate. The main bike guide was very inexperienced in tours, but did go to training so I guess that's something. Main leader was a little better but not patient and got snippy twice (only half way through the trip). We all swear that he promised us a stop at a winery but that never happened either. Boat was average. Crew average except the head bar tender who also served the food-he was very good. Limited bike support compared to all the other companies that were out. Set low expectations and they will be met.

Fantastic trip. Our guide and driver were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We felt we were safe and in good hands. Highly recommend the ebikes too.

The itinerary was falsely advertised, we did not go to every island that was advertised, we had very minimal time in each destination to explore, and the age gap was falsely advertised having people about 40 when it should’ve been ages 18-35. Would not recommend this sail

Booked Split to Dubrovnik and got on the boat to find out it was split to split. Rushed, too much sailing and not enough port time and Tour Radar still can’t tell me what happened 8 days after boarding boat

The ship was very well maintained, all the crew did their jobs very well, the food was good. Only negatives for me was the fact that the original wording implied wine with lunch and dinner - whereas it was very definitely one glass with those meals and I paid for even bottles of water. Also not laid out was the expectation for large tips at the end. I already paid a large single supplement so did not comply. So a great experience- but those things should be known before you go.

BEWARE! This is not an Insight Vacation Tour. Insight subcontracts this tour to Katarina Lines. That said, there is zero Insight presence on this tour. Not only did our boat get changed, sixty percent of the guests on this boat were booked through other travel agencies. Whatever quality we were expecting was diminshed by Katarina Lines need to fill seats. The onboard TD, self-titled tour designer, helped coordinate our arrivals and departures from different ports of call, but did little to inform us of the local history or tour sites. The local guides were average, ranging from a 20 minute introduction on Hvar to a general overview of Dubrovnik. Most days consisted of free time. Again, no Insight presence. Problems on the ship ranged from faulty WiFi on the sun deck to no internet service between midmignt and 0700, the coffee machine being turned off after meals, and other simple ammenities one would expect through out the day to name a few. The meals were repeatative, especially last's night dinner at breakfast. Although the ship itself was plesant, when stacked up against other ships in the harbor, it paled in comparison. Do yourself a favor, find another tour.

We were on a boat - Omega Kiss which had mosquitos on board which had access to our compartments. Interior paneling that allowed us to see in our neighbors compartment. Trash in bathroom not being picked up , need for pans and utensils in kitchen - our door knob kept falling off. The Captain could care less about providing a trip that we were comfortable with -He was In a hurry to get to the next port- only sailed for several hours even though we had fantastic opportunities to sail our last days. Would motor to our final ports without stopping to swim and have lunch just so he could get off the boat. Tour Radar attempted to add charges after our final contract and would not let us cancel what we knew was bound to be an awkward affair . Our departure price was reduced and Intrepid should honor their lowest price guarantee . Not a good experience at all - Intrepid promised the moon and didn't at all deliver. really regret having anything to do with trip - felt cheated and overcharged.

Our trip was exceptional. Our guide Mario was great. Really enthusiastic, as was our driver Zuran. The itinerary was excellent, the riding challenging enough. Accommodation and food met or exceeded expectations. A wonderful way to see and get to know Croatia.
