Bobby was the best tourguide ever! He knows everything about the country and tells everything so enthusiastically! He takes care and thinks of everyone. He is always positive and cheerful! Bobby makes sure that everyone has a trip to never forget! You can tell him everything if there is something and he always makes a nice joke. You feel at home when you are with bobby and it seems like he is family!

The tour guides were very good and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall it was a great experience in Bangkok and Phuket.

The tour overall is what it says it is. The drivers were all very attentive and can miraculously find you in a large crowd. Our guide (Bam) was pleasant and informative. He made sure we had the plan for the day and were set for our evening activity. The communication was via messages at the hotel, while effective, had to just trust all would go as planned. Happily all did. We would have preferred to have confirmation numbers for our hotel and the fantasea show, as we were asked for them. But even without we had a great trip. Our main take away from the tour company is that just trust everything will happen and be where the message at the hotel says to be and it will work out. At least in our experience.

It was such a pleasure booking my Phuket essential tour, I had a few questions and things that needed addressing whilst on holiday and the resort that was picked (Kata Sea Breeze) were so accommodating and although you don't get much in person engagement with Wolo, they were so responsive and also so accommodating on watsapp, always replying so quickly and excellent at fixing any issues I had. It was so lovely and put me at ease having all my trips and transfers booked and meant everything was planned for me. Thank you so much!
