Shikoku Tour Companies

Without a guide, it was hard to travel alone through Japan. I spent a fortune on taxis and without Japanese speaking English was even harder. You shouldn’t offer a tour without a guide.

There was nothing in that tour that I could not have planned by myself. Further more, I could have gotten all the hotel stays and the train trips and the sky hop on hop off buses for less than I paid for this package. I felt like I was in a scavenger hunt running back and forth looking for the next bus or train to be able to see any of the interesting sites and the only ones I was able to see are the ones I scheduled on my own outside of the package. The only highlight I really enjoyed was the Shibuya food tour. If you want to go to Japan on budget I don't recommend this tour. You can do all the same bookings of this tour on your own and really save money and keep your budget.

As part of a very low percentage of English only speaking members of a very large percentage of Spanish speaking participants, the information flow was less than adequate. The tour itself, along with accommodation, was of high quality.

I’ve sent my complaints to the company already. Still waiting for a response. Don’t rely on this company for your travels. Expect to pay more out of pocket than anticipated - some activities weren’t available, we were told transportation was covered for the whole trip - wound up having to cover the last two days, not enough meal tickets were provided so we were on our own for that, etc. etc. so many things went wrong on this trip.
