What a great trip and great tour
- by Troy McNamaraIt was well organized and the guides were great. Some of the travel days were a little long. The guides, hotel, and the experience at the south end of the park were the best part.

The tour was varied and offered something for everything. We especially enjoyed the added hikes to see things "on the ground". Having a tour of Kruger National Park was a highlight as well even though we ran into one day of terrible weather there. Be prepared for all kinds of weather even though you are in Africa. We were able to spend our US Thanksgiving while on tour and our guide helped arrange a celebration of all the participants. One of the other things we enjoyed was the extended tour offered to visit Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. That also was excellent and I wish all Explore trips had extended trips offered for all their trips. Cape Town was also a fun place to visit and we were lucky that our guide helped us all see the Cape Point and also the Penguins.

**Exceptional South African Adventure with Cardi, Ricardo, and Patrick** Our recent journey through South Africa was truly unforgettable, and much of that is thanks to the incredible team guiding us: Cardi, Ricardo, and Patrick. **Cardi**, our tour guide, was an absolute geml. Her deep knowledge of South African history, culture, and wildlife made each day a fascinating adventure. She had a wonderful way of bringing stories to life, connecting us with the essence of the places we visited. Cardi was always attentive to our needs, ensuring we were comfortable, engaged, safe, and having the time of our lives. Her passion for her work is truly contagious, and she made sure that every moment of our trip was both educational and fun. **Ricardo**, camp chef that complemented Cardi perfectly. His enthusiasm and energy added an extra layer of excitement to our journey. Ricardo's insights into local traditions and his ability to navigate us through the most scenic routes made every excursion special. His friendly demeanor and readiness to answer any question—no matter how small—made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Not to mention the meals he prepared were fantastic!! **Patrick**, our bus driver, was exceptional as well. Navigating the roads of South Africa is no small feat, but Patrick did so with the utmost skill and professionalism. We always felt safe and at ease in his capable hands. Patrick was also incredibly friendly and approachable, often sharing his own stories and local knowledge, which added another dimension to our experience. His punctuality and reliability ensured that our trip ran smoothly from start to finish.. Cardi, Ricardo, and Patrick made our South Africa safari adventure truly extraordinary. Their dedication, expertise, and warm personalities transformed our trip into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us through this beautiful country. Highly recommended!
- by Stephanie OrkowskiWe really enjoyed the trip. The guides were all very nice and were able to tell us lots of facts. We only awarded 4 stars because the organization on site was not perfect. For example, we had to contact the local agency several times for the airport transfer as the pick-up time was not clear. Unfortunately, the tour operator did not allow us to visit Johannesburg due to the security situation. The rest of the trip went very well, the trip to Kruger National Park was very interesting, the stay in the lodge was very pleasant, getting up early for the excursions was tedious, but then it paid off. The excursions in Cape Town were just as interesting.

terrible start hotel changed without saying anything from one at Century city in Capetown to one in the middle of downtown we were not happy with the change and given a terrible reason
- by Patricia SartieGetting detailed confirmation of accommodation and fine details from Little Roz Tours was very difficult. Hotel in Cape Town (Colosseum) was NOT luxury as described but acceptable and well located. Staff all very kind and helpful. All guides were fabulous and tours pretty well organised. Complications with pilots on strike on Xmas day were finally sorted and losing a day in Kruger NP due to that was disappointing as Kruger NP & Nyati Big 5 Safari Lodge was the best part of the booking with Victoria Falls, Ilala Lodge Hotel, a close 2nd. Travelling solo I was surprised not to be part of a ‘group tour’ as I expected but luckily I am an independent person so it worked out and along with the other day tours I organised for myself I have the most amazing memories and photos to look back on. Thank you.

The team managed an extensive tour itinerary really well. They were prompt, attentive and responded to our requests at all times. We had a party of 7 and many details in the itinerary including flights, special needs like wheelchairs, safari rides, guided tours, sea cruises, etc. The team executed everything well! The local guides in particular were wonderful. For the future, I would recommend 2 improvements - 1. make the duration longer by a couple of days. The itinerary was packed with activities each day and a 1or 2-day downtime would have been good. 2. The weather in Cape Town was terrible. It rains a lot in winter and is a known issue. We should have planned ahead for it.
- by Anindya BanerjeeGreat itinerary, would have added Soweto as part of the standard to make the experience complete. CapeTown guide/driver was very pleasant, knowledgeable, prompt, and made us feel safe.

Had a great time in South Africa. The guides were great. We were delayed because of airline issues. Joydeen, in Johannesburg, met us at our first hotel. She made sure we were taken care of and even had the hotel upgrade our room. Weevil was our Safari guide - we saw all of the big five before 11am. He was very knowledgeable. Robin, our guide in Capetown, was knowledgeable, kind, with an amazing sense of humor. We could not be happier about our experience. Last, but not least, the office support was great. Especially with our ongoing delays. They worked with us to make sure our trip would still be enjoyable… and it was.

Jake's was a brilliant host and made the tour an experience of a lifetime. He knows how to strike the right balance between a packed itinerary and time for you to take in things. We would love to do it again and highly, highly recommend it! Sabir and Sangita.
- by Sabir Giga“Embarking on the Garden Route journey was an absolute delight! From the moment we set foot on this picturesque route until the very end, every moment was filled with inspiring beauty and unforgettable experiences. The breathtaking coastlines, and charming towns along the way made every twist and turn of the journey a new adventure waiting to unfold. Our accommodations were not only comfortable but also perfectly situated to immerse us in the natural wonders surrounding us. Gareth was fantastic. His professionalism and passion for what he do made him the perfect companion for our journey. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape into nature’s embrace.

Good organization and very good guide. Lodge could offer more, rooms ok.
- by Vito Michele LuongoThe entire team of Africa Moja was excellent. They provided timely, comprehensive and caring service at all steps. When we had a medical crisis they went well beyond our expectations in providing support and service to get us back on our course.

Wonderful experience! We had the perfect guide/driver with Wade! We would highly recommend Endless Summers for people as their introduction to the spectacular Kruger National Park!
- by William HealyWas a fantastic experience and we had a knowledgeable guide who was great and cooked a tasty braai! We booked very late but the team were really helpful, so we weren’t completely aware of the itinerary or where we would stay and what meals were included : that’s the only improvement I could suggest to an amazing holiday...

Overall experience was okay thanks to all input from the lodge facility and the guides who actually carries out the drives and all. If I had to rate experience with tour radar, that would be rated BAD .. since I had planned all of this months back and down to the last minute my plans and all the expectations I made for myself which I paid in full for were turned down. At a point I felt I was being fooled. I do understand that for agents and such persons this is treated as a job.. but when offering a once in a lifetime experience, the plans.. expectations and money someone would have put into it should matter a little more. This is the continuation of my complaint to the company and am expecting to receive compensation for the mess created out of negligence which I am not at fault for!
