Ranthambore National Park Tour Companies

It is certainly a fast-paced tour, but it had to be to fit all the wonderful sites and experiences into the time available. Our biggest thank you to our guide. Not only did he help us, feel safe and secure, but the knowledge that he imparted with the passion and pride that he clearly holds for India made the explanations even more relevant and fulfilling. He was not afraid to broach the tough subjects, but in an impartial and positive manner, which left us feeling that we had an immeasurably better understanding of India’s culture, and beliefs, as well as it’s history, than we could have expected. He did a great job looking after the entire diverse group, and I think everybody was grateful for the brilliant way he handled issues and obstacles along the way.

Intrepid are the way forward! Unforgettable experiences. I will be booking with intrepid again once I work out where my next adventure will be!

Just finished up a fantastic trip with Intro to Sri Lanka, covering all the major sites as well as special local experiences. Penn was an amazing group leader, making the trip stress free, fun and relaxing! I would recommend to anyone looking to travel to Sri Lanka with a group of likeminded people!

So seamless and well organised from start to finish. Was never worried or concerned about areas we went to and the transport timing and pick up was impeccable! A definite variety on hotel standards but more on a higher standard that lower. A perfect balance of being busy which kept it exciting mixed with plenty of down time to yourself and time to bond with the group. I did end up spending maybe more than than I hoped as I thought more meals would be included but thankfully not an expensive country! I felt like I saw all that Sri Lanka had to offer and can’t wait to come back.

Well planned tour. I enjoyed the different national parks and different modes of transportation all of which were well arranged. The food was excellent and the tigers awesome. Khajuraho temple on the way back from Bandhargav was a real bonus and a great way to end the holiday.

I never thought that I would have to worry about traveling during the winter and heating being an issue. The hotel I stayed in had no heat is the Fossett in the bathroom look like it to come out of the wall there was no hot water there was form, and I was only given to towels one had a poop stain on it. I have pictures and a video of the Fossett. I was told I would get a bottle of water a day that never happened. The tour ramp in Ranthambore was very kind and went out of his way to try and help but inevitably he wasn’t able to do anything either.

I was travelling alone and was surprised to learn that I had a private car and driver for the trip. No one else had booked the same dates, and it was a guaranteed departure, so I was the star. The driver picked me up in Delhi and took me to Rathambore Heritage Haveli. The hotel was great! The driver remained available to me for the entire trip, and took me to the village store when I wanted to buy facial tissues. The local guide, who spoke English, was quick to jump in when communication issues arose. A great experience!

Overall, the tour was great. One day in Agra is plenty of time. We booked an extra night in Ranthambore which gave us some much needed down time to go to the spa. We did see tigers on our 3rd and final safari drive! The hotels were clean, modern with very friendly, attentive staff. The driver was always on time and had scheduled bathroom and lunch breaks.

The 3 Ayurvedic massages that Laura Morehouse and I took during this tour were rejuvenating and some of the best we have had during our travels. Dr. Sharma's team was wonderful. The folk music at hotel Mahal Khandela was sublime. The owner of the property Rudrani Singh gave a demonstration on making mutton biryani. In totality a memorable experience. Highly recommended. I was a solo traveler for this experience, a little nervous about about going alone. But everything about my experience was exceptional. The driver picked me up on time at my hotel in Delhi and drove 5.5 hours to the beautiful Heritage Hevila Hotel. Accommodations were comfortable (they even provided a hot water bottle for my bed), the food excellent, as was the service. The representative met with me the night before the safaris to explain what would happen.They drove me to the pick up point and made sure I was with the right group. The drivers and guides were amazing, pointing out animals and exploring each zone I visited. I was lucky enough to see a tiger!! This company took care of me at every step of the way, and I can't thank them enough for such an exceptional experience!

We had a great tour to Ranthambore safari but due to a wrong time in India the top zones were closed but we managed by the operator to get the safari tour and he gave us a canter choice over jeep to go for safari which was helpful. Me and my wife had seen the tiger and we loved it

Once at the hotel near Rathenbourne the trip was well planned and carried out. The young man who met us at the station, Arbaz, was courteous and on time. The hotel was lovely and the staff could not have been more helpful, even changing the menu for dinner to suit our western tastes. Arbaz was contactable throughout our stay and was always on time. He gave very good service and is a credit to the company. I would have liked a little more information about getting the train at Nizamuddin station, being prepared for such long trains would have been an advantage. Although there was a representative on the station platform he only made himself known to us once we had reached the carriage. On returning to Dehli Arbaz stayed with us on the platform until the train arrived. The other guide had a larger party and stayed with them. On reaching Dehli the taxi driver was waiting for us as arranged. Once in the taxi he was eager to show us the sights of Dehli and despite repeated requests to go to the hotel, he continued to ask about shopping/eating/which monuments we wanted to see and the journey from station to hotel took one hour and fifteen minutes and the traffic was clear. The hotel used for the end of the tour needs some consideration for the future. Although the room was lovely, even though it didn’t have a window, some of the staff were less than courteous. The breakfast offered was not suited to European guests added to which there was no coffee on offer. Most of the equipment was in need of a through clean.
