I signed for a 7-day tour and was picked up with people who paid for 5-day. Flying across the world I was told to wait for two days waiting for them. When I mentioned why I was told to come at this date and time I got no response. You are basically driven long hours and kept in the dark about the plans the whole time. Hotels are 2stars the best. The driver, hotel staff and guide worked hard and I feel bad seeing they are bein taken advantage. You better off financially using booking your tours. In Spain there are many great tours daily. It was a complete waste of my time and money as I spent a lot of money doing the daily tours on my own.
- by Ellie FoxOrganisation & communication were very poor. No one met me at the airport so I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. The 2 ''emergency' phone number used were useless. No reply or entirely in Spanish. Tour Radar did not inform me that the tour was subcontracted to Mapa Tours & the local guide who hosted the evening events said I wasn't with Mapa - consequently they left without me. Once it was sorted, I had to taxi to get to the restaurant to meet my fellow travellers - none of whom spoke English. Very uncomfortable! I was the only English speaker on the tour for the first 2 days - no one spoke English except me & most of the commentary was in Spanish. I could go on & on....... The sights & local guides were excellent & the hotels were good, but I would not recommend this tour to anyone who does not speak Spanish.

Excellent Tour! Recommended if you’re looking to get from Madrid to Barcelona in an efficient and productive way. Very good and informative guides.
- by Sheila Salinas IaboniExcellent tour: great hotels and guides, highly recommended. The only little problem was the lack of a detailed schedule for different activities.

First time to trip and it was amazing. The culture, people, way of life, history & places we explored didn’t disappoint. Do make the effort to get out at night time as the cities really come to life & feel magical.

If you are looking for a lot of 'book it yourself' this is the place. I did not compare pricing or how much was not prearranged. Generally mornings were a familiarization tour and travelers needed to book any other activities. The accommodations were marginal -- the earliest were extremely basic. The tour manger/director was high energy and knowledgeable -- but pace was only for the actively fit. Many day trips were by public transport. I booked based on itinerary not activity level and it did include my 'must do' in Granada. The day at Toledo was an unexpected pleasure since we toured with a very knowledgeable guide. I would not use again.
- by Bernice MillerLalo was fantastic!! He added so much to the trip. It would not have been as good as it was without him. He made us feel comfortable everywhere! He obtained local guides that were wonderful. THe accommodations were fine, except for the hotel in Madrid - Acta Medfor. In fact, I arrived a day early and paid for one day. Although I made my reservation two months early, they charged me 244 Euros for one night, which was outrageous as it was a much lower quality hotel. My buddy on the trip also did the same and she was only charged 130 euros. Can't figure it out but feel ripped-off. I should have stayed some place else but only stayed there for the convenience of joining the tour.

I enjoyed this tour. Our three accommodations are centrally located, easy pace itinerary, our local guides are all awesome, and kudos to our driver Juanjo for driving us safely through out this journey. It’s a short trip but, every single day is worth and enjoyable, especially I have met some good people co-travelers from different countries. This is a highly recommended trip.
- by Jesus Paulo Buat CruzWe have enjoyed our trip through Andalucía. The guide, Alejandro, and our driver, Marian were outstanding! I do have to say that this tour offers an overview of each city, you have to do your homework and book extra tours of tickets for places not included. We stayed in Barcelona 4 more days and we were able to see and enjoy the Monserrat Monastery, Girona, Figueres, the Miro Museum, the Parc Guell, the Sagrada Familia, la Pedrera and more. Finally, most of the hotels (4 stars)

Our trip to Southern Spain was amazing. Marco, our tour guide was excellent. He was so informative, friendly and helpful every step of the way. Tour was a good mix of group time, solo time, up time and down time. Highly recommend!
- by lisa ashcraftI was left sick and stranded on the Southern Spain Tour. I am a 72-year-old senior who speaks little or no Spanish. I've traveled with the group several times in the past. This trip was unusual because I had three leaders over two weeks. I came down with a virus in Seville. It was my bad luck to get sick and have a leadership change during this period. I had to stay in the hotel until I recovered. My wife and other tour members went on to Barcelona. I contacted all three tour leaders and the 24-hour hotline. I got no text, phone call, or assistance from either. I was left to my own devices to make it to Barcelona. I tried to report this when I got it. I tried to get through to everyone. I suspect you will have a good experience with this company if you stay healthy and avoid injuries.

Trip overall was good. But we had bus problems on our trip twice. Because of the bus issue we missed out on some performance at flamingo dance event and the next day we had to rush at our next two destinations as the bus broke down again and had to wait for about 2 hrs to get another bus to complete the trip. I was hoping that Europamundo should compensate for this two issues.
- by Hiteshkumar ParmarOverall, this tour was very good. the itinerary was excellent. I am happy that EuropaMundo listened to previous reviews and made this tour less hectic and we got to actually enjoy each location and each stop. We did not feel rushed, and the pace was appropriate. We arrived to our hotels at reasonable hours (in previous tour we got to our hotels at 10 pm). We wished that mornings would start at 8:30 and not before. We did have a few times that we were told to wait at 7:50 but the bus and Guide did not arrive until 30 minutes later, leaving 50 people anxiously waiting and unhappy. The portion that is always hard for us with EuropaMundo is the people that join and leave the tour and change constantly, and the same for the changing guides. It is a very confusing chaos, but it is also well organized despite it. We did not like the baby on the bus. This is not appropriate. Enough that we had over 10 small annoying kids. The Hotels were excellent and breakfast too, except in Lisbon where we could hear the airplanes all night long and did not sleep, because the hotel was at the airport without proper insulation. Overall, we enjoyed the tour very much. The Guide Javier was excellent, as well as all the local experts. Raphaela in Lisbon was exceptional- please pass this to her. We booked another tour with EuropaMundo and hopefully adults only!

Our guide was outstanding! Accomodation and bus experience was excellent.
- by MatthewWe've used Globus before, and enjoyed the tours every time. Since you do 95% of the planning, it's low stress and an easy way to see several cities in a short amount of time.

Tour was good except for Hotels Granada and Valencia which were too far from the old City. Also these 2 hotels had the shower over the bath which is dangerous for most of us over 70’s. As it was a Premium Tour this is not good enough. Tour leader was very nice and did a good job but we would’ve liked some information about the areas ie weather population crops etc, especially on the long trips fr Granada to Valencia and Valencia to Barcelona. Also having to take our own luggage from bus to station in Seville onto train and from train to bus is not good enough for a premium tour.
