Did the Croatia weekend and it was really fun and the destinations were beautiful. We stayed in a nice little apartment in the center of Split (which is a really cool city and old town), and on Friday had a tour of the city, then went white water rafting and did a pub crawl at night. Saturday we did their optional all day cruise, had lunch included, swam in the Blue Lagoon and it was really fun and turned into quite the party. Sunday we went to the Krka waterfalls and swam there (water was a bit chilly) and it was so beautiful. We then rode back to Rome on Sunday (it's a long ride). Overall a great weekend.

Amalia was the most incredible guide! Despite not being from Croatia it was clear that she had taken the time to research the country and ensure she was able to not only do her job well but to expedite expectations! (and she did!) She knew basics in the language everything about the local area and able to recommend good spots to visit. Her attention to detail was impeccable, she included everyone all the time and made sure that everyone was accommodated for at every minute of the trip! It's very clear to me that Amalia loves her job and takes pride in doing it well. If only I was rich enough i would hire Amalia to be my personal tour guide for all my holidays!
- by samantha morley hotmail comTess was absolute amazing!!!! Before we even met each other she made sure we were all up to date with all the information needed. Couldn’t thank her enough for her high energy and vibes to keep everyone happy on board.

We were very fortunate to have chosen Cycle Croatia Laganini for our Croatia cycling tour. The whole experience was amazing! Our guides Tonci and Toma were fantastic and really made this a special experience. Locals from Split and Hvar, they generously shared their knowledge and love of their homeland as well as quickly understanding the dynamics of the group. Everything about the tour was meticulously organised, the e-bikes of a high standard, cycling routes well chosen providing variety and spectacular scenery, accommodation excellent and the food magnificent - we were eating at local restaurants, where the guides were obviously known and respected, showcasing the best of Croatian cuisine. Croatia is a spectacular country and this was a wonderful way to experience the islands, It exceeded all expectations and we highly recommend Cycle Croatia Laganini.
- by Don KirkmanReally, really excellent in every way: good bikes, scenic rides, beautiful views, good food, very nice lodging, good companionship with the other riders... Most of all, Tonci & Toma did a great job organizing and guiding the tour and ensuring that everything went well and everyone had a good time. Their stories, their perspective, and the their humor were a highlight. Highly recommend!

This is a difficult review to write. The actual cruise with Katarina Cruise Line on the Fantazija was a 10/10. It was an excellent introduction to such a beautiful country. The crew on the boat were very personable and attentive. Filip, the Crew Manager was definitely a 20/10. He did everything he could to make the trip a memorable experience, especially when the boat had to stay in Dubrovnik for two nights because of the rough seas. He made sure we barely noticed the difference. Our room in the lower deck was large and very comfortable. With a max of 38 travelers, we had the opportunity to get to know several guests. We stayed 3 additional nights at the Plazza Heritage Hotel in the Split Historic District, which was a real treat. And now for the not so good part. Nature Trips gets a 2/10. Omar didn't communicate well. I had to actually call Tour Radar twice to get him to respond to my concerns. I discovered that 3 additional nights in Split were done through Expedia. Nature Trips over charged by more than $1,000. I had to go through Tour Radar to get him to realize what had happened as he was not responding to my message. On the plus side, he did respond to have the voucher ready early as we were first going to Turkey. On Oct. 12, the airport transfer was to pick us up at 3:30 a.m. The voucher only said the driver would wait for us with our name on a sign. The only problem is that the driver couldn't drive into the historic district. We had no idea where to meet him. I sent Omar a message asking him to confirm the transfer and where we should meet the driver. As usual, Omar didn't respond. The contact number printed on the voucher was missing a number. I finally found a number to find out it was no longer in service. Two receptionists at the hotel tried their best to contact someone with negative results. At 3:40 a.m. the night receptionist walked with us to where we could catch a taxi to the airport. I have sent Omar another message explaining what we had to do and that I expect him to credit us back the 50 euros it cost to take the taxi, as the airport transfer was included. Naturally, I've heard nothing back. I shall have to call Tour Radar once again. In conclusion, if I had this to do again, I would book directly with Katarina Line, Plazza Heritage Hotel, and arrange for airport transfers. I choose to book through a tour agent to receive personal attention while traveling. Nature Trips failed on this account. We had a 20/10 experience with Iglesias Tours in Turkey, so this was a big let down.

Most of the trip was good. We had a problem when the first hotel was changed and we were given bunk beds, but a text to Palma fixed that. .
- by JoanneTour was very good and well organized. My friend and I enjoyed the sites, transfers were timely and tour guides were very good. We would have liked to have a more detailed itinerary in advance instead of having to ask the agency for some last minute.details. Glad that the agency was able to accommodate our request for our last transfer.

Excellent way to see the best often hidden aspects of Croatia
- by TrevorThis tour was fantastic! Our guide, Nela, and Dan the Van Man were wonderful! We loved seeing the countryside by bike - Croatia is absolutely gorgeous! Being part of a tour was great - all of our accomodations booked, luggage transferred for us, several group dinners and the overall support. I would highly recommend this tour! Thank you!

The Croatia Sail tour with Intro was incredible. From the people to the boat, the locations to the food. It was amazing to sail round Croatia and see all the different towns and islands and try explore the local area. Steph, our leader, is a really positive and organised person - while on the trip we had to change our itinerary due to bad weather but we never felt the effects of this as everything was organised for us! I can’t recommend this tour enough and it’s perfect if you’re looking for a trip that has a good balance of chill time and activities.
- by Danielle TaylorMy second tour with Intro Travel with more to come! I was instantly in love with Croatia and this tour gives you a comprehensive look of the Croatian coastline and islands. Excellent ship, crew and food and as always the tour involves more than can be mentioned in the itinerary and the group leaders always go above and beyond - shout out to Steph!

I very much enjoyed seeing the beautiful Croatian coastline. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to have a real love for his country. My main criticism was that there were frequent incidents where things such as guides in the different areas were not included in the tour, so it felt like we were often paying for services that I would have thought would be part of the overall tour. I would have preferred to have paid more money up front than to have had the frequent requests for additional money.

We were on a boat - Omega Kiss which had mosquitos on board which had access to our compartments. Interior paneling that allowed us to see in our neighbors compartment. Trash in bathroom not being picked up , need for pans and utensils in kitchen - our door knob kept falling off. The Captain could care less about providing a trip that we were comfortable with -He was In a hurry to get to the next port- only sailed for several hours even though we had fantastic opportunities to sail our last days. Would motor to our final ports without stopping to swim and have lunch just so he could get off the boat. Tour Radar attempted to add charges after our final contract and would not let us cancel what we knew was bound to be an awkward affair . Our departure price was reduced and Intrepid should honor their lowest price guarantee . Not a good experience at all - Intrepid promised the moon and didn't at all deliver. really regret having anything to do with trip - felt cheated and overcharged.
- by PeteOur trip was exceptional. Our guide Mario was great. Really enthusiastic, as was our driver Zuran. The itinerary was excellent, the riding challenging enough. Accommodation and food met or exceeded expectations. A wonderful way to see and get to know Croatia.

Really enjoyed this very affordable and great food and accommodations
- by Donald LantripMy wife and I were the only English speaking passengers on the cruise. We had signed up for an English language cruise and it was a German language cruise. In all fairness we were provided with an English speaking tour guide for all three of the tours (Split, Dubrovnik, Trogir).

The ship was very well maintained, all the crew did their jobs very well, the food was good. Only negatives for me was the fact that the original wording implied wine with lunch and dinner - whereas it was very definitely one glass with those meals and I paid for even bottles of water. Also not laid out was the expectation for large tips at the end. I already paid a large single supplement so did not comply. So a great experience- but those things should be known before you go.
- by Viki PerryBEWARE! This is not an Insight Vacation Tour. Insight subcontracts this tour to Katarina Lines. That said, there is zero Insight presence on this tour. Not only did our boat get changed, sixty percent of the guests on this boat were booked through other travel agencies. Whatever quality we were expecting was diminshed by Katarina Lines need to fill seats. The onboard TD, self-titled tour designer, helped coordinate our arrivals and departures from different ports of call, but did little to inform us of the local history or tour sites. The local guides were average, ranging from a 20 minute introduction on Hvar to a general overview of Dubrovnik. Most days consisted of free time. Again, no Insight presence. Problems on the ship ranged from faulty WiFi on the sun deck to no internet service between midmignt and 0700, the coffee machine being turned off after meals, and other simple ammenities one would expect through out the day to name a few. The meals were repeatative, especially last's night dinner at breakfast. Although the ship itself was plesant, when stacked up against other ships in the harbor, it paled in comparison. Do yourself a favor, find another tour.
