Ile de France Tour Companies

We loved the hotel and the area that we stayed, however we needed more guidance on how to get to meeting points of the tours. For the cost of the tour package, there was a lot of money that we still had to spend on meals and travel costs. Rather than waste time getting lost, we often opted for taxis. For what we got on the tour, it seems that my friend and I could have planned the trip ourselves.

Paris was great as well as the activities provided. I also appreciated the ride to and from the airport. The hotel was good but was not very centrally located as promised. What was not good at all was there was absolutely no representative as promised or communication from Eskapas at all while I was in Paris. I was totally on my own and this tour was supposed to have a representative to be in touch with per the info presented when I signed up. It was misrepresented which was not okay. I was left with the impression that Eskapas didn’t care at all.

I had a great time. They speak more Spanish than English which was frustrating to me because I kept missing info and someone in the group would explain. Great hotels, fun itinerary!

Food excellent rooms small but expected. Would have got excellent star if it was possible to get hot water for a tea earlier in the. Morning. Staff amazing. Great value

Very disappointed with the “cruise”

This is the 2nd time I toured with Globus and I can't say enough good things! The tour guides were excellent and helpful. The hotel was fabulous! I had the time of my life!

Excellent experience for our trip to Paris. We extended our trip by five days. I enjoyed having someone else do the planning for us. We had activities booked and an itinerary set. Communications and customer service were top notch. Highly recommend!

Great coverage of sites and opportunities like eating in Eiffel Tower and cooking class. Sometimes the walking pace was a little quick, which caused separation from guide in crowded spaces. Guides were outstanding and went the extra mile when I was pickpocketed. A wonderful experience. Lead guide Jonathan was informative, humorous and a joy to be around.

Sometimes tour guide walked too fast. Difficult for elderly tourists to keep up.

The dates were mucked up so I didn’t get to go. The tour person (boat owner I think) was very good and understanding and apologetic but Tour Radar have been very offhand about the whole issue . I have had a refund but am very pleased I hadn’t made more bookings around the date . In spite of the muck up I am still getting emails like this asking how it trip was! I definitely would not recommend tour radar to anyone.
