Overall you provided good transport & Hotels . Excellent guides at Munnar Tea Plantations and other sites. Our only disappointed was a non English speaking driver who couldn’t arrange tea or toilet breaks unless we requested , However didn’t spoil a fantastic experience, thank you

Kerala the most southwestern state in India is amazing. Arabian Sea beaches and backwaters to beautiful mountainous inland regions. Dijeesh our driver was excellent, always ready to adapt to our wishes. Instead of the boat trip in the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary I would recommend one of the nature walks. Enjoy the houseboat ride, a highlight of the Kerala tour.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on this tour! The scenery throughout was incredible, and it was a great contrast to time spent in India’s North visiting the Golden Triangle. Walking in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, a tour of a spice farm, and time on the houseboat in the backwaters were particular highlights. Pacing of the trip was good, with multiple nights in some of the towns, in between longer drives. Our driver, Noufel, had a good grasp of English, and was very helpful. The staff from GeTS Holidays were also very communicative via WhatsApp, and checked in throughout to ensure everything was going well. Our hotels were comfortable and served good food. Most had AC (though it wasn’t really needed in Munnar due to the altitude). Visiting in Summer, there wasn’t so much wildlife, but the scenery everywhere was still amazing!

It was very informative, and everyone was very friendly. We would highly recommend our driver Gurusamy, he was such a lovely and helpful person.

The tour I booked was OK however I had a few issues with hotels selected and some of the tour arrangements.

I was the only one booked for those dates. I appreciate they did it anyway. 2 days on the boat is too much because they offer the same route which is actually for one day. I would rather prefer spend more time in Kochi because in half day unfortunately you miss something.

Excellent tour with enough days at each location to really enjoy the area and not feel rushed. My driver, Manu, was very helpful and flexible to accommodate my wishes. Only me on this tour, which has advantages and disadvantages. Easier to tailor the trip to my preferences. As the only person booked on the tour (wasted single supp) it effectively became a private tour. It was a good way to see a lot of Kerala in a relatively short without the hassle of organising everything yourself. However I normally travel on my own, making my own bookings so in some ways it was less enjoyable having no choice. But everything is a trade off. My 3'drivers, Nelson John and Muni were very pleasant and helpful though there were some language difficulties. In the way the hotels were comfortable and the houseboat was great. The best bits were being up in the hills, the houseboat and Kovalam.. The worst bits were the long days in the back of a car, the trips on the visit to the tip of India, too crowded and borimg and the hotel near Munnar. It was effectively closed, I was the only guest, the dinner choice was v limited (and in the country so no other options) and there's was no hot water. The staff were lovely but being the sole guest is slightly creepy. However, overall I enjoyed it and Kerala is a wonderful place to visit.

Wow to Bout India!! I am well travelled and visited many countries, but I must say this is the best trip of my many trips. Nitesh at Bout India tailored the itinerary to suit us, it was seamlessly and perfectly planned. The highlight of our trip was our driver Manimaran he was our driver for the entire ten days trip, he is the best. We were touched by his kindness and he really made our trip a memorable and inspirational one. Chahat kept in touch with us every day to make sure all was well with us. KUDOS to Bout India!! My boyfriend and I didn’t know what to expect when we planned a trip to India to attend a friends wedding. Bout India made our trip seamless and unforgettable from start to finish. From Akansha who carefully planned our Golden Triangle tour of North India and our day tours of Kerala, to Geet who made sure we always had a point of contact with someone from the company during the day to day, to our drivers, Mr. Singh and Jackson, the experience was unbelievable. The hotels and guides were amazing, and we feel so grateful that we were able to see this country from the eyes of such knowledgeable guides. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to explore India, and if we are ever lucky enough to return, we will know exactly who to contact!

The tour had its ups and downs . 1.Kochi . The hotel was less than satisfactory. The driver hardly knew the itinerary, proposed no explanations ,  there should be a guide together with the driver if the purpose was to explore Kochi. 2. Threkkaddy . it's what was written in tour guide "Today the breakfast/Lunch & evening snacks packed and start Jeep Safari to the Wildlife destination PERIYAR NATIONAL PARK THE WHOLE DAY Periyar wildlife sanctuary (20 km from Thekkady) where you can see wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more, Mullaperiyar dam and spice plantations. *Note: The jeep safari will be covering 27 km one-way inside the jungle and return on the same way. It will take approximately 5 hr to cover this. The whole package timings will be from 5:30 Am to 5 PM – full day" In fact we got 2 hours of nearly exciting border jeep tour , and then the whole day of doing nothing in the little village in the middle of nowhere. It looks like cheating and is totally unacceptable 3. In Kovalam we booked the hotel at our own expense to enjoy nice days on the beach   4. Houseboat was a success

I really enjoyed Kerala it’s a beautiful country with amazing scenery, delicious cuisine and friendly people. Safe hands travel went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and enjoying myself as I was a solo traveler.

Guided nature walk was very informative of wild species of flora, bugs, birds and butterflies. Hiking, kayaking and cooking experience is unforgettable. Namastey!

We could not be more pleased with our wonderful trip to Kerala! We were on a 13 days trip and had a cycling guide and back up vehicle driver accompanying us for the whole route. They were the most amazing people to spend time with, were very attentive to our requests, and taught us so much about the culture and food. Some areas had been badly affected by floods this year; however this did not affect our trip. The cycling allowed us to see and visit areas that otherwise we would have been unlikely to see, on good quality, well-maintained bicycles. We were really impressed with every aspect of the tour and would definitely recommend cycling in India and the team of Sabir Mallick to other travelers.

From the day of pick up to the end of the trip , everything went flawless . No issues at all .. that's why they have so much positive reviews by the customers . Keep us the good work guys .

There is no real guidance on this tour, We felt safe with our driver however I feel had we of come into any trouble we would have been completely alone. Certainly could have done the tour ourselves & saved money.
