Would never consider doing any mountain tour with anyone except G Adventures. I have also done other high elevation tours with G Adventures and they are my “go to” company for travel.

Outstanding experience with an outstanding team. If you want to hike Kilimanjaro you should go with Almighty Kilimajaro. The service from initial inquiry through to the end of our trip was faultless. They have all the information you need and a deep understanding of what a great experience looks like when doing such a big trip like this one. The team who took us up the mountain were amazing - the food was great, the tents and our gear were well managed and always waiting for us on arrival at the next camp. Highly professional. A group of 20 of us all summited, and when two of our friends felt ill on the way down they looked after them with a huge amount of care and attention until the chopper came to take them down. From the crew on the ground (thank-you Rashid and Yona!) to the leader on the hike we could not have asked for more. John, Richard, Munio,Sado, Gaby, Muntari, Munir, Temu and the rest of the team - thank-you - I miss you my friends!
- by Schmidit AlexandreI am a fairly experienced trekker, having visited SE Asia/Asia/South America. This organisation was the best by far! Booked the Almighty Kilimanjaro lemosho tour because I wanted the slow ascent to give best success rate and liked the attention to detail in their literature. Almightys driver, Abdul, met me at the airport really nice guy. Took me to the hotel where I met another of their reps and Joseph the guide. I expected to join a crowd, however they had rescheduled, very impressed that almighty didn’t outsource the trek, and ran it just for me. Joseph’s experience really showed during the trek. He always had the time to point out interesting facts and nature, and trekking at a sensible poley-poley pace when ascending. The whole crowd from Almighty were great fun, and really enjoyed the tough job they have. All getting on well and laughing and joking amongst themselves. How Abu, the chef did it I don’t know but the food was amazing. Summit night, we were first up the mountain, Joseph knowing the route so well he could navigate by moonlight, despite everything covered in snow. I’d never had made it had Joe not been so encouraging! And what a sunrise we had. First footprints in the snow that morning. At my request we trekked straight back to the gate. A long day, 13 1/2 hours from setting off to summit, back to BC, then down to the gate. A lovely treat to be back in the hotel that night, that Almighty also paid for me. The following day Abdul took to me the local souvenir shop and coffee, again complimentary. Joseph has been a guide since 2012, and a porter prior. His (post pandemic) success rate is 100%. Couldn’t recommend this company higher.

We had an amazing trek with our guides, Noel and Sunday the cook prepared our daily delicious meals, our ‘personal assistant’ and the porters. They were all amazing and helped us Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro successfully! They always were positive, helpful, caring and made us laugh. Thanks to them, the good camping gear and the great food (Muddy is an amazing chef!) we reached the peak. 5 stars all the way!
- by AnyssaJimMy girl friend and I did the 10 day Mount Kilimanjaro trek via Lemosho route. The guides were amazing and supported us very well. All the meals were huge with lots of fruit and vegetables. Our chef was great and made sure we had coffee in the tent each morning, lots of food to eat, snacks and tea at the end of the day and helped with out packs when we came in. The route is challenging but through the great crew we had then we made it to the top of the Mount Kilimanjaro. Uhuru peak never forget haha :)

Took a private tour with my 10 year old son. Kwesa tours provided the best guides in Tuliza and Geofrey who cared for us all along. They were both knowledgeable and very flexible and sought to find the best solution given my son’s low age. The food and services provided was top notch and we were very well cared for with hot tea, snacks, warm water for washing etc. Unfortunately we didn’t make it to the summit due to my son not coping with the altitude and had to be evacuated from the mountain. Tuliza and Geofrey knew what to do and acted quickly and forcefully by hastily carrying him down until he recovered.
- by FredrikThe Lemosho Route offered a perfect balance of adventure and acclimatization. Every day brought new landscapes, from dense forests to the scenic Shira Plateau. The extra days helped us adjust to the altitude, and summiting was an unforgettable moment!

We did the Kilimanjaro climb via Lemosho route in 8 days. The Spider Tour team has been fantastic. The team was led by guides Brayan and Stefan plus 12 porters (yes it takes a lot of manpower to haul all the food, water, gas, tents, baggage...). They've been extremely professional and friendly and the whole experience has been a delight (although quite intense, basic fitness and training is highly recommended). The food was incredibly good and very generous quantities, we still wonder how the cook was able to deliver these super nice meals with the restrictions of a camping kitchen. We summit Kili one day in advance thanks to very favorable weather and return to moshi to rest a bit. We were so happy about the experience that we ended up doing a 4 day safari with Spider Tours right after.
- by Alessandro PrestBooked an 8 day Lemosho hike up Kilimanjaro with Spider Tours. Communication was quick with Bryan. Pick up from the Arusha airport was waiting for me even though I arrived early. Hotel in Moshi was decent although the restaurant/ cafe called Dawn around the corner from the hotel had much better food. The hike was very well organized and they made sure I had the proper equipment and warm clothing. Spider tours took me to a rental store to obtain some warmer clothing that I did need for the hike. My guide Daniel was excellent and kept a good slow pace to acclimatize to the altitude. I did have 8 days of medicine for the altitude. Some people didn't and did not summit.. Support staff were properly equipped and very friendly. Food was plentiful with lots of tea and warm soup to start every meal. I highly recommend this local company Spider Tours and Safaris. They can change any itinerary to meet your needs and interests. I did finish the hike in 6 days instead of 8 days and Spider Tours did offer other tours to fill the extra days before my flight.

I had the most incredible experience climbing Mount Kilimanjaro through the Lemosho route with Guide Bernardo from Kilimanjaro Economy Safari. I cannot praise Bernardo enough for his professionalism, expertise, and unwavering support throughout the entire journey. Bernardo's vast knowledge of the mountain was evident from the very beginning, as he carefully guided our group through each stage of the climb with precision and patience. His passion for the mountain and dedication to ensuring our safety and well-being were truly commendable. Not only was Bernardo an exceptional guide, but he also went above and beyond to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere within our group. His friendly demeanor and sense of humor made each day on the mountain even more enjoyable, and I always felt supported and encouraged under his guidance. Kilimanjaro Economy Safari provided top-notch service from start to finish, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to climb this majestic mountain with such a reputable company. The entire team was professional, organized, and truly cared about making our experience unforgettable. I highly recommend Guide Bernardo and Kilimanjaro Economy Safari to anyone looking to conquer Mount Kilimanjaro. Thank you, Bernardo, and the whole team, for an unforgettable adventure that I will cherish for a lifetime.
- by YacohaI had the most incredible experience climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with Kili Economy Safari. From start to finish, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my safety, comfort, and enjoyment. Ben, my guide, was simply exceptional. His knowledge of the mountain, patience, and leadership skills made me feel confident throughout the trek. Assistant guide Julian Isaackl's support was invaluable, and his delicious meals as the chef fueled our journey. David, my waiter, was always attentive and ensured I had everything I needed. Denis, my summit porter, was a true powerhouse. His strength and dedication were evident as he carried supplies to the peak. The team of porters - Inno, Juma, Kizuri, and Humphrey - worked tirelessly to make sure our belongings were well taken care of. I must also commend Edward, the company director and my tour planner. His organization and attention to detail ensured a smooth and seamless experience from booking to the climb itself. Together, this team exemplified professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care for their clients. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, I not only reached the summit of Kilimanjaro but also created memories that will last a lifetime. Kili Economy Safari truly exceeded all expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking to embark on this incredible journey.

We had a truly amazing experience on the Londorosi route. Zara Tours are absolutely amazing and are the only people who have the capacity to provide outstanding service as they are not only very experienced in supporting climbers, but also have a good stable with experienced crew and great equipment to ensure that the climbers are safe and comfortable. Yesse Lema was absolutely brilliant. He led his team and they supported every aspect of our trek. We not only learnt a lot about Kilimanjaro but also enjoyed the astounding views along the trail. We had first class support and we will definitely tell our friends about you. Ahsante sana
- by TobiasYesse is genuinely such an amazing guide, knowledgeable about its history, culture and the safety standards from the numerous trips he has undertaken guiding climbing parties. The people at Zara really know how to organize trips up Kilimanjaro. They have the right equipment, their crew are experienced and well trained professionals and they provided us with the best support system. We all got along well with the entire crew and enjoyed being with them. The weather was fantastic and we progressed well with the trek without any difficulties. I give them 10/10 for excellence. They are also pretty affordable for such top service and support.

From day one, the team went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. The guides were knowledgeable, kind, and encouraged us every step of the way. The route itself was beautiful, taking us through diverse landscapes that were more stunning each day. The crew ensured we had everything we needed to be comfortable and focused on reaching the summit. Authentic Africa Travel made this adventure seamless and truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone aiming for the top of Africa!

What an incredible experience with Tanzania Wildlife Adventures! Guides Peter and Baraka were the stars of the trek. They went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was everything we had wanted, safe and comfortable. Peter the lead was very knowledgeable about Kilimanjaro and a strict practitioner of climbing safety guidelines. He was genuinely concerned for our safety and did not compromise. I believe that he is the best guide living in Kilimanjaro currently. This trip was flawless, unforgettable, and I highly recommend Tanzania Wildlife Adventures to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable Tanzanian operator.
- by Ignacio DamasioThe 7 day trek up Kilimanjaro was absolutely amazing. Patrick our tour designer was great in sorting out all the booking related details and making the arrangements for the crew, equipment, supplies and all the necessary logistics required to be in place for the trek. The trek was new unlike any other activity that I have ever done; very tough but so fascinating. We came to different scenery everyday, enjoying amazing views and tranquility as we went up. We had a great crew of 2 guides (Bonnie and Sadat) 12 porters and one cook. They did exceptionally well, caring for us, ensuring that we were safe, had good food and in the best health. They made it possible for us to reach the summit. I highly recommend Tanzania Wildlife Adventures for Kilimanjaro trekking

This is our second trip with Oneseed and it went as smoothly as the first. Our team kept us comfortable and motivated for the climb while negotiating all of the many logistics required on the mountain. The entire Oneseed community in Tanzania was superb, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a great pleasure to travel with them and feel like we made friends. Many thanks to our guides and all of the team.
- by Maryellen HittelOur lead guide, Rama, and the rest of our 7-man crew executed flawlessly in making our Kili journey a successful one. From great meals to comfortable tent setups, we were able to concentrate on the route and the mountain experience. Our 4-person group opted to continue on a glamping safari post-hike that was just as spectacular. OneSeed uses local guides who work hard to keep travelers safe, and it invests in the communities for global good. We will not hesitate to use its services again.

Top Kilimanjaro hiking Trip I have nothing but good things to say about our Kili climb tour. From the beginning, the owner of the company we chose (Serengeti African Tours) for our climb, Lucas, responded promptly to our emails and any questions (there were many). Our guide Gasto was just the best and was very supportive, I don't know if I would have made it to the summit without him by my side. The food was fantastic, all the other hikers were jealous of our meals. The whole team was just amazing. I don't often write reviews, if ever. But these guys deserve a shout out! Greetings
- by Joel KileoI had an excellent climb to the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro - an achievement that has believe it or not been 30 years in the making. Wow, we crossed some amazing landscapes as we moved up through the five vegetation zones to the higher camps. I can't thank my team enough for the support, encouragement and kindness they showed me. There were eight in all including me. Our Chef Cyprian cooked up a storm. Am amazing man given the conditions under which he delivered nutritious tasty three course meals. Majaliwa who was tasked with looking afterme has an amazing attention to detail in setting up my accommodation quarters. At the end of a day's walk we were met by Hamisi my Summit Porter as we reached the camp sites. A very welcome face at the end of the day. He also accompanied me to the summit. At the end of the day Amini my Guide should take the fullcredit for his encouragement, determination and advice espically on summit day. We exchanged lots of interesting ideas and knowledge. A thousand thankyous. And to the three Porters who supported us all. At the end of the trip I felt like I was one of the team. All good memories for the future.
