I have recently come back from Tanzania, having just completed a 6 day trek up Mt. Kilimanjaro with Almighty Kilimanjaro company, Our mountain guides were Muntary , Swalehe, Ronald and Abdi , along with a fantastic crew of cooks, waiters and porters, who all help make it one of the best experiences of my life. I can not speak highly enough, of the professionalism that all of Almighty Kilimanjaro staff showed towards myself and other members of our party, our guides knew what to do, and when to do it….. Excellent guide, awesome tour, best in class organization and service

I got Covid from someone in the group. For a high altitude hike like this, we should have been tested for Covid. It not like I could avoid it, we ate together in an enclosed tent.

Amazing touring experience, could not recommend more highly. Food was of restaurant quality - much better than you would expect on a mountain! The team gave us all the assistance we could ask for, and we managed to summit one day earlier than expected with their support. Our group of five from Germany recently completed the Machame Route over 6 days with Migration Venture Africa, and it was an incredible journey from start to finish. Climbing Kilimanjaro with Zara Tours was an amazing experience. This was especially nice because I shared the experience with my husband and we got the chance to feel raw nature, clean mountain air, awesome panoramic views, outdoor camping and the company of some amazing people - our crew. We summitted on Kilimanjaro via the Machame route in 7 days and it was an awesome adventure. Tough but awesome! I appreciate the hard work put in by our crew, they were super outstanding, taking care of of all our needs while keeping us safe and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the crew, starting with setting up of the camps, great spacious tents, comfortable sleeping bags and even had sleeping hot bottles to battle the cold. This journey was remarkable, with the opportunity to witness various locations and encounter remarkable individuals. It is astonishing how much was accomplished within a single week! Hiking and camping in Mount Kilimanjaro National Park proved to be a truly exceptional experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

We had an amazing holiday with Afrishare - a combination of a 7 day Kilimajaro hike for myself and my 16 year old son, and then a 4 day safari in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater for the whole family after my wife and other son had flown out to join us. In all of it Afrishare organised everything perfectly, from the fundamentals of the hike and the safari through to all the interconnecting transfers. We made the decision to go with a local Tanzanian company rather than some big international tour operator, and do not regret that decision at all. Right from day one, Ibrahim and team were very responsive (do they ever sleep?!) answering my endless questions and tweaking the itinerary so it was exactly as we wanted. They then delivered. The Kili hike was the 7 day Machame route. The team taking us up were great, had all the required kit, and looked after us well. It was hard going but we made it to the summit and have amazing memories and sense of achievement. The safari in the Serengeti was amazing - we saw the big 5, including 46 lions in 2-3 days, and a cheetah and cubs a few metres away. Through it all our guide Kazi, was fantastic - really knowledgeable about the animals and conservation more widely, also good fun (which is important when you have 4 full days together!). I would definitely recommend Afrishare.

Machame route is the best route for me 100% specialized in Tanzania this local agency did a wonderful job for me and my wife. We planned to climb Kilimanjaro for almost 5 years and we have been in touch with Afrishare Trekking and Safaris for almost 2 years before our adventure begins. The communication and activity arrangements is super. What else to say! We had a wonderful 6 day climb and everything was perfect. Thanks to our guide and the whole crew for making this epic adventure easy for us.

My trek up Kilimanjaro was amazing. Joseph and Martin are real professional guides. We had so much fun along the trail, despite the tough trail. They made sure that the three of us were safe and well take care of and we knew that we were in perfect hands. They were knowledgeable, teaching us so much about Kilimanjaro's geology, history and habitat. The course is intense, requiring good fitness, with clean mountain air and beautiful scenes of around. I really enjoyed it all!! Food was in plenty and quite delicious. We did finish the trek and owe it all to the wonderful crew from Tanzania Wildlife Adventures.

Good and well organized safari tour

I was sure that my adventure was in good hands. He knew how to help me choose clothes, medicines and food with incredible knowledge, organization and kindness. I could see how wonderful he was not only with me but also with the team of 6 potters and the "food engineer". I spent 6 days getting lots of delicious food and lots of encouragement from everyone. Their work is exhausting, but the friendship prevails. on the way back, Mr. Gasto and the rest of the lovely team received me with so much celebration! I know that it would be impossible to have had this victory alone. Congratulations to everyone for the hard, serious work and especially for making 6 days so difficult into a journey also about trust and friendship. I will recommend this company to anyone who look to climbing mount Kilimanjaro.

Incredible Experience ! Tremendous and Incredible experience! Our guide was a gem & knowledgeable about both safaris as well as Kilimanjaro. We saw incredible animals (Unfortunately we missed Rhino out of the Big 5), landscape, and local people (also learned about different tribes in the Kilimanjaro region). We even learned somewhat Swahili! Our guide shared his knowledge about animals and their behaviour, plant life, the landscape, and history. We loved the lunches and surprise breakfast in the bush! We fell in love with it all. Our initial and constant contact throughout the booking and preparation process was with Lucas. He was quick to reply and was very helpful in finding out our desires and made sure the trip we would experience would be successful. In fact, the trip he put together for us far exceeded my expectations. I booked the safari (4 days) as well as Kilimanjaro for 6 days via the Machame route. As you know, It is scary booking a trip of a lifetime and making a deposit in advance to be able to get lodging booked. You send the money hoping this is really a legit company that will take care of you. Let me assure you about Lucas and Serengeti African Tours, this company is top-notch and will honour their word! We were personally welcomed to Tanzania by Gasto (Great Guy). He was there to greet and welcome me to our long-planned Kilimanjaro trip as well as safari, also gave me a short trip around Moshi and the local market, and then during my stay in Arusha, Lucas greets and welcome me and made sure everything is great.
